In this lesson, you'll learn how to stop making decisions based on temporary emotions and start acting from the identity you're committed to becoming. Through the practice of emotional sobriety, you'll strengthen self-trust, improve emotional regulation, and build consistency regardless of how you feel.
Lección 4
Finish The Damn Thing
In this lesson, you'll learn how unfinished tasks, projects, and promises quietly drain your energy and weaken self-trust. By completing one open loop, you'll create evidence that you can rely on yourself and begin building the identity of a woman who follows through.
Lección 5
Stop Arguing For Your Limitations
In this lesson, you'll learn how limiting beliefs and repetitive thoughts shape your identity and influence your actions. By identifying and challenging the stories that keep you stuck, you'll begin creating a new self-image rooted in self-trust, resilience, and possibility.
Lección 6
Becoming Her Now
In this lesson, you'll bridge the gap between who you are today and the woman or man you're becoming. By identifying the standards, decisions, and actions of your future self, you'll learn how to build identity through daily choices rather than waiting for confidence, certainty, or permission.
Lección 7
The Self-Trust Contract
In this final lesson, you'll bring together everything you've learned over the past seven days and create your personal Self-Trust Contract. You'll define the standards, commitments, and identity you choose to live by moving forward, so you always have a path back to yourself when life gets difficult.
