As we begin,

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest with each inhale and exhale.

Allow your breath to become slow,

Steady and natural,

Guiding you deeper into a state of relaxation.

Imagine a warm golden light forming at the base of your spine.

This light represents the powerful energy of Mother Earth,

Grounding and stabilizing you.

With each breath,

Envision this golden light flowing down from the base of your spine,

Extending through your legs and reaching deep into the earth like roots of a majestic tree.

Feel these roots firmly anchoring you to the earth's core,

Connecting you to the nurturing and loving embrace of Mother Earth.

Visualize the roots growing deeper and wider,

Creating a strong foundation that supports you in every way.

As you embrace this connection to the earth,

Sense the loving energy of Mother Earth rising back up through your roots.

Feel her comforting presence as she fills your body with grounding and stabilizing energy.

Now visualize yourself surrounded by a vibrant and protective sphere of white light.

This light serves as a shield,

Keeping you grounded and protected while allowing positive energies to flow freely.

With each breath,

Imagine drawing in this pure white light through the top of your head,

Filling your entire body with its healing energy.

Feel any tension or negativity melting away as the light flows through every cell of your being.
