As you exhale through your mouth,

Allowing yourself to fully arrive in this present moment.

Imagine a soft radiant light enveloping you.

A light that symbolizes the warmth of gratitude and the embrace of this present moment.

Feel this light wrapping around you,

Creating a cocoon of appreciation and tranquility.

Let's begin by tuning in to your breath.

Take a few intentional deep breaths,

Allowing the air to fill your lungs and then exhaling fully.

As you settle into a natural rhythm,

Use your breath as an anchor to keep you centered throughout this meditation.

Picture yourself in a serene natural setting.

A sunlit meadow,

Visualize the beauty around you,
