Welcome to this Root Chakra,

Mooladhara Healing Meditation.

Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit or lie down.

And let's begin.

Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position with your spine erect and your hands resting gently on your lap.

Close your eyes if you feel comfortable doing so.

And let's bring your awareness to the present moment.

Take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs completely.

And exhale slowly,

Releasing any tension you may be holding in your body.

Inhale deeply once more.

And as you exhale,

Let go of any stress,

Worry or distractions.

This is your time to heal and nourish your Root Chakra.

The Root Chakra is located at the base of your spine and is associated with the color red.

It represents your foundation,

Your sense of security,

Your connection to the Mother Earth.

When your Root Chakra is balanced,

You feel grounded,

Stable and safe.

However,

If it's blocked or imbalanced,

You may experience feelings of insecurity,

Fear or instability.

As we begin this meditation,

Visualize a radiant,

Spinning red energy at the base of your spine.

Imagine it growing brighter and stronger with each breath,

Creating a sense of stability and safety.

With each inhale,

See this red energy expanding.

And with each exhale,

Release any negativity or fear that may be blocking this energy center.

Now,

Let's focus on the affirmation for the Root Chakra.

I am safe,

Grounded and connected to Mother Earth.

Repeat this affirmation silently or out loud and feel the words resonating within you.

I am safe,

Grounded and connected to the Mother Earth.

Breathe deeply as you continue to focus on this glowing red energy.

And visualize roots extending from the base of your spine,

Reaching down into the Earth.

Picture them growing and anchoring you firmly,

Like the roots of a mighty tree.

You are so connected to the Earth.

You are feeling so safe.

Feel the stability and security that this connection brings.

Any doubts or fears are being replaced with a profound sense of safety and trust in the world around you.

As you breathe,

Imagine the soothing energy of the Earth rising up through these roots,

Slowly filling your entire body.

This earthly energy is healing and nurturing,

Strengthening your sense of being grounded.

You are one with the Mother Earth and it supports you in all that you do.

If you sense any areas of tension or discomfort in your body,

Imagine the red energy and Mother Earth's healing energy flooding and flowing into those areas,

Releasing any tension and promoting relaxation and healing.

Your Root Chakra is a vital part of your overall well-being.

And as it becomes balanced,

You can let go of any physical or emotional burdens.

Now,

Let's take a few moments to breathe deeply and continue focusing on the Root Chakra.

Feel the energy spinning and glowing,

Radiating stability and safety.

Breathe in for a count of 4.

3,

And exhale for a count of 6.

6.

Inhale deeply and as you exhale,

Let go of any lingering tension or doubt.

Continue this breath cycle for a few more moments,

Allowing your Root Chakra to absorb the healing energy of the Mother Earth.

With each breath,

You become more grounded,

As we near the end of this meditation,
