Like an avatar — a being who travels beyond and returns with wisdom, love, and fresh energy — we can learn to move between worlds consciously, bringing peace back with us every time.

In this session Michael Mackintosh shares one of the most practical and beautiful tools in the Freedom Method — the freedom breath. Breathing in, you rise into the golden light. Breathing out, you return, carrying that peace through your whole being. Simple, portable, and endlessly powerful.
This means you do not need a meditation cushion, a quiet room, or a spare hour. You can practice going beyond and coming back at your desk, on a walk, between meetings, or lying in bed at night. Thousands of times a day if you wish — and the more you do, the lighter you feel.

In this session there are no concepts to learn and nothing to figure out. You are simply invited to let go — of your body, your thoughts, your worries, your sense of time — and allow yourself to travel beyond the physical world into the vast, golden stillness that has always been your true home.
Michael Mackintosh guides you gently upward through the sky, past the earth, through the solar system and the stars, all the way to the edge of the universe and beyond — into a dimension of infinite peace where nothing is missing, nothing needs to change, and you are completely, deeply safe.
You will rest there. You will feel what it is to be fully free. And then, carrying all that light and stillness with you, you will return — back into your body, your life, your day — as an avatar who has touched eternity.

In this session, Michael Mackintosh introduces the ancient Sanskrit concept of Jivan Mukti — freedom whilst alive. Not freedom from life, but freedom within it. The ability to move through your days with lightness, gratitude, and an unshakeable sense of peace, no matter what is happening around you.
You will learn how to carry the Freedom Method into your mornings, your work, your relationships, and even your sleep. How a simple thought upon waking can transform your entire day.
