Aloha and welcome to the completely relaxed guided meditation.

You can listen to this whenever you feel like you need a moment to relax,

Let go of the day and just re-experience your natural state of peace.

This recording also has included within it a powerful audio technology which is scientifically proven to change your brain waves from whatever they are now to theta waves and then down into delta waves.

So you will be completely relaxed and that has begun now and will take full effect within minutes.

Now before we begin I'd like you to put your hand on your heart,

One hand on your heart,

Your other hand on your head and just make a commitment to yourself that during these next few moments you will be fully present to enjoy and experience this state of relaxation and any other thoughts or worries or concerns about your life can be put off just for these next few moments and you can come back to the rest of your life afterwards.

But now I am fully present here and now for this beautiful journey into peace and calm.

So let us begin.

We start by making sure the body is comfortable whether sitting or lying down,

Just make sure you're comfortable,

Your clothes are not too tight anywhere and you will not be disturbed for these next few moments.

Take a deep breath and as you breathe out just let your shoulders relax.

You may want to close your eyes or leave them open,

It's up to you.

And as you breathe letting your shoulders relax you notice your jaw may become more relaxed,

Your face starts to get relaxed,

Your muscles begin to soften as you notice your whole being letting go.

And in your mind just remember a wonderful experience where you were totally relaxed.

Think of a moment where you were completely at peace and relaxed,

Maybe on holiday somewhere,

A vacation or maybe even just lying in bed all nice and snugly and warm and just half asleep half awake just enjoying being relaxed.

And as you remember this beautiful experience you notice yourself noticing you're more and more relaxed with each breath.

Now imagine this relaxation that's coming over you gradually and slowly,

Imagine it's a color.

What color is relaxation to you?

And just imagine this colorful light,

This relaxing light is flowing from your head all the way down your back,

Down your legs into your toes as you become more and more relaxed.

And I'm gonna ask your unconscious mind to start releasing bliss chemicals,

Dopamine,

Serotonin into your bloodstream,

Into your body so that you are fully relaxed and allow these beautiful good feeling chemicals to flow through you during this meditation and beyond.

So as you breathe now let us count from 20 down to 0 and at 0 you will be totally and completely relaxed.

Imagine you're at the top of a staircase,

A beautiful staircase of relaxation and with each step down this staircase you become more and more relaxed until you reach a state of complete and total calmness and peace at the last step.

So starting at 20 now moving down to 19 totally relaxed and going to 18 now noticing that light that relaxing light flowing through you at 18,

Deeper and deeper at 17 allowing your whole body to totally let go and relaxed at 16 you're completely relaxed.

As you step to 15 you may want to yawn,

Taking a deep breath and just totally relaxing now at 14 letting your fingers relax.

13 and 10 times more relaxed at 12 and 10 times more relaxed again at 11 and now 10.

Feeling as if you're about to fall asleep but you're still awake just enjoying this total relaxation as you go to 9.

Feeling all those bliss chemicals coming through you at 8 now at 7 just a nice big smile at 6,

Letting go,

Letting go,

Letting go,

3,

2,

1.

Completely relaxed and each and every time you hear the word completely relaxed for the purpose of relaxation you allow yourself to enter this state or even deeper,

Completely relaxed.

And just enjoy 3 deep breaths with each breath going deeper into the peace feeling this flow of peace and relaxation flow from your head all the way down to your toes this colored light flowing through you,

The bliss chemicals pumping blissful feelings through your body as you totally relax even more.

And as you breathe your body starts feeling heavier and heavier and your soul,

The being that you are,

Starts feeling lighter and lighter.

The body feels heavier and heavier and you,

The consciousness,

The eternal being of peace,

Feel lighter and lighter.

And the body feels heavier and heavier full of beautiful bliss chemicals and you are the light,

This shining point of light like a star,

Feeling lighter and lighter floating above the body and you become complete light,

You're just a being of light radiating peace.

And through these next few moments just feel yourself as a shining star,

Being of peace,

Totally safe and completely relaxed.

How does it feel to feel you're a radiant being of bliss?

You are the bliss and the bliss is you,

Completely relaxed.

And now put your fourth finger and your thumb together and as you do just say to yourself completely relaxed and each and every time you put these fingers together and say completely relaxed you enter this state of total peace and relaxation or even deeper,

It's very easy.

So as you breathe in now,

You just breathe in a state of bliss and peace and as you breathe out you just spread that peaceful relaxing feeling all around you in all directions,

You are totally relaxed,

Completely relaxed,

Letting go,

Letting go,

Dropping down,

Letting go,

Completely relaxed.

And just notice how wonderful it feels to be relaxed with this light flowing through you or those beautiful bliss chemicals flowing into every area of your body.

Everything is good,

Everything is wonderful.

You are at peace with yourself and at peace with the world,

Completely relaxed.

And in a few moments you're going to come out of this and feel very happy and relaxed and able to get on with life in a wonderful way.

So just imagine your day being very relaxed and everything going well,

Just spend a moment imagining yourself in your life doing things in a wonderful relaxed way.

Imagine walking around in a relaxed way,

Very focused,

Very happy but also relaxed and calm.

Notice other people saying how relaxed you look and what a blessing it is to be around you with your relaxed peaceful energy.

And just imagine being in your life feeling these bliss chemicals,

Being happy and doing everything in a confident and relaxed way.

And in a moment we're going to come back,

Bring yourself back to your day-to-day reality in a relaxed way.

I'm going to count from zero up to five and at five you're going to be wide awake,

Feeling wonderful with plenty of energy and lots of excitement and peace and enjoyment and looking forward to life.

So start with a nice big smile,

That's it,

A nice grin,

There we go,

Up to one,

Two,

Big grin gets bigger,

Three,

That's it,

Nice smile,

Getting ready,

Maybe take a stretch up to four and five,

Eyes open and wide awake,

Zero,

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Eyes open and wide awake,

Ready to go with those wonderful feelings and life is amazing.

Take this feeling with you for the rest of your day and come back to this meditation whenever you want.
