Welcome to the pain relief meditation.

Throughout the ages many people have experienced pain relief through spiritual practices,

Through meditation,

Through prayer and hypnosis has been used to relieve many different kinds of pain and in some cases has been used as an anesthetic so that people have undergone surgery while under hypnosis and reported experiencing no pain because the mind has the capacity to turn down or even turn off the experience of pain.

And in recent times there have been scientific studies on the power of meditation to reduce or remove chronic pain and different kinds of pain and I personally have used meditation and these methods you're about to learn right now to overcome my own pain sometimes extreme forms of pain and also help many clients reduce or remove their pain completely.

So as you can see these methods have worked on countless other people and they can work for you and to make it even easier included within this recording is powerful scientifically proven binaural beat audio recordings that are specifically designed to take you into deeper brainwave states so that you're more conducive to relaxation and being free from pain.

So are you ready to experience pain relief and pain reduction starting right now?

So the very first thing we can do to reduce and release pain is simply being willing giving ourselves permission and sending a message into the pain control center within us to start reducing and releasing the subjective experience of pain so it can get less and less.

So we're going to start just by asking some questions to that deeper part of you so that you can begin to release and let go now.

So are you willing to let the pain fade into the background and recede?

Are you willing to find that place where you feel more and more comfortable?

And are you willing to allow this to happen gracefully and naturally as you choose to shift your attention and find that place of peace within?

So if you're ready for this let's start with a few beautiful deep breaths and as you breathe in and out just noticing how that beautiful breath feels as you breathe in and out.

And because of this we can choose to shift our relationship with our senses and with how we relate to the things that we experience.

And so as you breathe now just allowing yourself to let go and release.

I'm encouraging you to instead of controlling and trying to stop the pain just release the resistance.

Allow it to be what it is.

And as you stop resisting the pain right now as you just allow it to be what it is just notice how the pain starts to gradually fade and recede.

Pain is one thing and our resistance to the pain actually makes it worse.

And so as you release your resistance right now you notice that it gradually starts to fade and recede.

Focusing on your breath and just noticing the pain fading away slowly and gently.

Just totally let go of control.

You are safe.

You are secure.

You are going to be okay.

Just keep that beautiful breath flowing and as you do noticing where you feel more and more relaxed.

With each breath you're noticing a sense of calmness getting bigger and bigger.

And as that calm feeling becomes more and more powerful the pain begins to fade.

And as you let go of control the pain begins to fade even more and even more.

As your focus starts to come into the peace that you are the pain begins to fade and fade.

Like water washing over you.

Washing it all away.

The healing of peaceful waters washing over you.

An ocean of peace is flowing.

Washing it all away.

Washing it all away.

And as the ocean of peace,

The healing waters washes through you you notice that there is a part of you that is constantly peaceful.

The original nature of the soul is peace.

So underneath everything there is constant peace.

Underneath everything there is constant peace.

And that peace is like a shining light.

Just focus on this constantly shining peaceful radiant light.

Just allow in your mind a shining radiant being of eternal peace.

Like a smiling shining light.

Like a star that is constantly constantly constantly an embodiment of peace.

Beautiful,

Powerful,

Pure peace.

And as each breath flows back and forth you glide beyond the awareness of the body just like in sleep.

When you are asleep,

Deep sleep,

There is no pain,

No pain at all in deep deep sleep.

And so just like that deep sleep,

Allow yourself to fly up,

Float up so that you are in that beautiful light,

That shining star of peace is who you are.

In a state of constant peace so that your full attention,

All of your focus is on being that beautiful,

Relaxed,

Peace filled light.

And as you enjoy that beautiful feeling,

You notice far in the distance there is a little bit of pain maybe but it's far away,

Being washed away with each breath because your focus is I am an embodiment of peace.

I am a peaceful soul.

Eternal,

Safe and held in the ocean of peace.

And just bring yourself to a world of light.

You are surrounded in golden light,

Golden pink light like a most beautiful sunset,

Golden light in the sky.

You are a beautiful being of peace,

Flying in the sky,

The eternal sky.

You are safe,

You are held in love.

All is well.

And in this beautiful light,

You are in the company of the most healing being,

The purifying,

Healing energy.

Who is like a shining sun of healing vibrations.

And as you face the sun,

You feel the beautiful rays of warmth and love filling you up.

You see that beautiful light.

You absorb the vibrations and with each moment you feel more relaxed,

More pure,

Completely safe.

Safe and secure.

Held in this beautiful place.

And as all your focus is on being merged in peace,

Everything else fades and fades and dissolves away.

Everything is surrendered and released so that your whole focus is on being in that beautiful light,

Totally free.

Everything else is far away as you absorb more and more peace,

As you feel more and more filled with light.

Held in this beautiful place.

And as all your focus is on being in that beautiful light,

Everything else fades and dissolves away.

And as all your focus is on being in that beautiful light,

Everything else fades and dissolves away.

And each breath allows you to feel more peace.

So as you breathe in,

Filling up with more and more of that beautiful light of peace and good feelings.

And as you exhale,

Any pain is just released and surrendered into the light.

So the breath just naturally takes you into higher and higher levels of peace,

Deeper peace.

And as you breathe out,

Pain is reduced,

Released and let go,

Let go as it dissolves,

Dissolves away.

Dissolving away.

Because you are in a space where you are free.

And everything else fades away.

And you can allow yourself to remain in this place of peace.

And feel that freedom for as long as you like.

And every time you do this meditation,

You will easily be able to enter into this pain free place,

This relaxed place,

More quickly and easily each time.

And you will then be able to experience this more and more as you go about your day,

As you take the time to find that place where you are free.

As you let go and release,

Go into that peace that you are underneath everything is constant peace.

And so know that you have gone deep.

And these wonderful feelings will continue.

As you surrender and let go and live more and more each day from that place of peace within yourself.

You are okay,

You will be okay.

And remember that you are safe,

You are secure and you are loved.

Everything will be okay.

So you can continue this feeling for as long as you like and come back to this meditation as often as you would enjoy.
