Lo que aprenderás
Sleep begins long before your head touches the pillow. In this 3‑part course, you’ll learn how to gently guide your nervous system out of alertness and into deep restoration using breathwork and Yoga Nidra. Rather than forcing sleep, we focus on creating the conditions that allow it to unfold naturally. Inside this course, you’ll explore: • The foundations of sleep hygiene and nervous system regulation • A simple breath rhythm to support nighttime settling • A guided Yoga Nidra practice for deep physical and mental restoration Each session is designed to be calm, practical, and easy to return to in the evenings. Whether you struggle with falling asleep, staying asleep, or feeling wired at night, these practices help create a reliable bridge from the activity of the day into the stillness of rest. Best listened to in the evening or before bed.

Lección 1
Foundations Of Sleep Hygiene And Nervous System Health
In this opening session, we explore the foundations of sleep hygiene and how the nervous system influences your ability to fall asleep and stay asleep. You will learn how rhythm, environment, and consistent evening cues help signal to the body that it is time to transition from alertness into rest. This lesson offers a calm, educational overview designed to create clarity and reassurance around sleep. Rather than forcing sleep, we begin by understanding the conditions that allow it to unfold naturally. This session lays the groundwork for the breath practices, Yoga Nidra, and mantra support introduced later in the course. Listen in a relaxed way, whether seated, lying down, or as part of your evening wind-down routine, and continue to Lesson Two when you are ready to explore the breath as a bridge into sleep.
Lección 2
Breath As A Bridge To Sleep
In this session, we focus on the breath as a steady and accessible way to support the nervous system in the evening. You’ll learn how slowing and smoothing the breath can help signal a shift from alertness into rest. Through a guided breathing rhythm with a slightly longer exhale, you’ll experience how simple changes in breath can encourage the body to soften naturally. This practice is gentle and practical. It can be used at the end of the day, while lying in bed, or anytime you want to create continuity between activity and stillness. In the next lesson, we build on this foundation with Yoga Nidra for deeper restoration.
Lección 3
Yoga Nidra - Deep Restoration
In this session, you’ll be guided through a Yoga Nidra practice designed to support deep physical and mental restoration. Yoga Nidra invites the body into profound rest while the mind remains gently aware. This practice helps calm the nervous system, release accumulated tension, and create the internal conditions that allow sleep to unfold more naturally. You’ll move gradually through the body, breath, and subtle imagery, giving the system clear signals of safety and support. This session can be practiced in the evening before bed, or anytime you feel the need for structured rest. In the final lesson, we’ll introduce mantra as a steady sound companion to support you through the night.
Lección 4
Using Mantra For Sleep: Working With Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo
In this final lesson, you are introduced to mantra as a steady and supportive presence for sleep. You will learn how repetition, rhythm, and sound influence the nervous system and create a sense of continuity through the night. Rather than focusing on meaning or translation, this session explores how vibration and predictable sound patterns can help the mind soften and settle. You will also receive guidance on how to use the Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo sleep loop as a gentle companion at bedtime or during nighttime wakefulness. This lesson completes the course by offering a consistent sound anchor to complement breath, preparation, and deep restoration practices.
