Immerse yourself in the rhythmic flow of movement as dance becomes a getaway to inner stillness. This guided dance meditation course invites you to express emotions, find balance, and connect mind and body through the language of dance. Feel the music guide you on a journey of self-discovery and mindfulness as each step becomes a sacred expression of the present moment. Over the next seven days, we will allow our mind, body and energy to be aware of us and heal through the practice and movement we create. Embark on a transformative journey with Dance Out Your Freedom. Explore fluid movements, connect with your breath, and cultivate a harmonious union of body and spirit. I will guide you throughout the practice, giving you all the guidance you need to feel free and empowered. During this practice, we will dance, scream and jump to allow ourselves to connect to our powerful energy. Prepare your dance sanctuary that involves space, time, journalling and water. You can create your sanctuary as you want and feel.

We will explore the fundamentals of moving our body through feeling the music beat, breathing and allowing ourselves to be free, Through this guided dance meditation, you will discover the synergy between your physical expression and mental well-being, listening to your energy and spirit. This is a moment of self-discovery where self-judgement needs to be kept away. Awareness is the key, so listen to yourself and your needs.

Express Your Rage
Today, I will invite you to liberate your expressive range. Delve into diverse movement techniques that empower you to communicate emotions through dance. This day focuses on freeing yourself from range, unlocking the full spectrum of your expression and embracing authenticity in movement. I will guide you through punching your range and screaming out loud your pain, allowing freedom and peace to fill your soul. This is a moment of pushing boundaries, expanding your physical and emotional power, and enriching this powerful journey into self-discovery.

Express Yourself
Today, I will encourage you to express yourself through the language of movement authentically. Embrace a judgement-free space where your unique dance style unfolds. This day focuses on learning the power of your body being sensual and healing. Delve into your body movement that empowers you to tap into the depths of your emotions. I will guide you to find confidence in expressing your true self through dance, allowing the rhythm to be a conduit for genuine, uninhibited self-expression. This a moment of allowing your body to be free and your mind to be the power that moves your world.

Shake Your Body
Today, I will invite you to shake off tension and embrace vitality. It is about dynamic exploration, where you’ll liberate stagnant energy and invigorate your spirit. This day focuses on how free-form shaking can be a powerful tool for realising stress and fostering a deeper mind-body connection. I will guide you to unburden yourself through the exhilarating dance of shaking, allowing your body to become a vessel for renewed energy and a refreshed state of being. This is a moment of creating a vibrant journey of movement and liberation, where the drums will shake you all out, giving you the freedom you need.

Dance Out Your Freedom
Today, I encourage you to immerse yourself in the transformative culmination of mind, body and soul. This day is dedicated to introspection, allowing you to feel the subtle shifts within as your dance reflects your inner strengths. We will explore the harmonious alignment of mind, body and soul, celebrating your empowering journey. Embrace the newfound sense of self and leave with a heightened awareness of the interconnectedness between your physical being and the resilience of your spirit.
