Lección 1
The Flow Of Abundance
You are not just your mind, your body, or your emotions, you are a multidimensional being. You are energy.
When your energy is flowing in alignment you resonate or vibrate at your own signature frequency. Abundance is also energy and when you understand this frequency you can tune in and form a connection through which energy can flow to you with ease.
In this first lesson, you will explore your multidimensional self and your energy anatomy. You will discover the energetics of the manifestation process as you connect with the flow of the liberation and manifestation channels.
During our time together I will be combining wisdom with energetic practices to align your frequency. The first meditation practice introduces you to the flow of energy. You will be activating, grounding, and opening your energy system. Every lesson will build upon these practices clearing, expanding, and activating your energy field.
Lección 2
It's All About Alignment
In this lesson, you will explore what happens when someone is out of alignment, what is alignment and what are the causes of misalignment. Here you will explore what are the blocks in our energy field and how they distort your frequency. You will learn the process of identifying and dissolving the blocks that you will use throughout the rest of this course. And experience an energy-clearing meditation that you can use whenever you feel blocked.
Lección 3
Claiming Your Divine Inheritance - You Are Enough
In this lesson, we begin our journey clearing the liberation channel. We begin at the root chakra creating a stable, strong foundation and container for your abundance to be fully grounded in this reality.
Here we explore the energy of scarcity and how it may be holding you back from claiming your divine inheritance of abundance. The laws of polarity say that if you are in scarcity, you are also in abundance, you cannot have one without the other. You will learn that you are enough, that there is enough and always will be enough.
You will come away with tips and affirmations to feel safe & secure in the energy of abundance. Our meditation practice will be "Moving from Scarcity to Abundance".
Lección 4
Magnetic Desires - You Are Worthy
This lesson takes us to our emotional connection with wealth. Our relationship with abundance and wealth is often reflective of the relationship we have with our self-worth. As we shift to our sacral chakra, we explore moving from wants & needs to the frequency of desire that is a match for wealth. For many of us claiming our desires is met with old wounds and resistance. It is time to desire! You will receive tips & affirmations to align with the frequency of worthiness and abundance. Our meditation Practice for this session is "Activating your magnetic desires".
Lección 5
Step Into Your Power - Time To Shine
This lesson takes us into our personal power. As we move to our Solar plexus chakra, we look at the frequency of our self-esteem, authority & responsibility. The wealth blocks here are judgement, imposter syndrome & lack of action. As we align with our power, we are ready to step out and take action to magnetize our wealth to us. You will receive tips & affirmations to align with the frequency of authority & responsibility of abundance. Our meditation practice will be calling in the "Divine Masculine Manifestation" qualities.
Lección 6
Open To Receiving - You Are Love
The heart is the key that activates and sustains our energy field. It is the frequency of love kindness, compassion & joy that most resonates with the frequency of abundance & wealth. When we project our disappointments, hurt and failure onto wealth we shut down this frequency. In this lesson, we will explore the key ingredients required to activate this frequency to its full potential. You will receive tips & affirmations to align with the frequency of love kindness & compassion. Our mediation practice for this session is "Open to receiving abundance".
Lección 7
Calling In Your Wealth - You Are Truth
In this lesson, we explore the magic of calling our wealth into being. As we move to the Throat chakra, we are activating the external expression of our needs & desires, speaking with authenticity, and claiming our value & worth. Here we explore our blocks to speaking up, lack of trust and suppression of needs. Here we will release the silent child, thereby activating the sound frequency to speak our wealth into being. You will receive tips & affirmations to align with trust & expression of truth. Our meditation practice for this lesson is "Releasing the silent child".
Lección 8
Intuitive Visioning - You Are The Visionary
In this lesson, we are exploring the power of our intuition, our ability to not only trust our instincts but also envision possibilities outside of our current circumstances. Do we have the will to hold this vision and create strategies to bring it into reality? It is here in our Third eye chakra that we can face our self-doubt and over-analytical mind that blocks us from the power of our intuition. You will receive tips and affirmations to align with your intuition. Our meditation practice in this lesson is "Dream Big - Visioning Abundance & Wealth".
Lección 9
Opening The Abundance Portal - I Am Abundance
In this lesson, we arrive at the doorway to your abundance portal, the crown chakra. The crown chakra is our connection to all that is, when we are in balance here, we know & understand the law of attraction. When we are out of balance there is a disconnect, we disengage from our magic, & we may feel separate from our Higher Self. To align with our frequency, we must remember that we Are abundance. You will receive tips & affirmations to align with source energy & higher consciousness.
Our meditation practice for this session is "I am abundance".
Lección 10
Channelling Abundance - You Are Action
In our final lesson, we celebrate our journey of liberation and our new relationship with abundance & wealth. In this lesson, we will explore integration practices to help maintain our frequency of abundance. Now that we are in alignment it is time for you to experience a manifestation & alignment process to manifest your wealth & abundance goal.
