Lección 1
Creating internal structure and safety
In module one I share how to create a sustainable structure to help you feel safe. Most people don't even recognize what it means to not feel safe. If you have lots of doubts, anxiety, inner conflict, or tend to worry a lot, the first step is to always create a structure in your daily life that allows your body and state of being to feel safe. This is you creating your own inner father. One of the most important steps to sustaining anything.
Lección 2
The Echo Affect
Once you decided that you are going to change something, act differently, and live differently, the echoes WILL show up. Echos are parts of you that are used to living through the lens of your wounds and (re)acting the way you always have that is kept you stuck in the same old same old instead of creating something new. Its important to expect this and to know how to work with it.
Lección 3
Learning to trust yourself
In this module, we learn about the energy of trust as a whole, and how and what to do to build a bridge of trust within yourself and with others. Understanding how we disrespect ourselves and violate our own boundaries so you can break these toxic cycles.
Lección 4
Understanding your life purpose, life's mission, what they mean and how to find these for yourself
We have been told our life's purpose is what we are here to do, and that is incorrect. When we understand our purpose, we understand why we have trials and tribulations, and why it's so important to learn to use that energy for your life purpose and mission. This is often when you open up to the universal flow when you begin living your purpose and working within your mission.
