Activation Of The Heart & Inner Child Union

This practice takes you on a journey beyond our time and space into higher dimensions, providing you with an opportunity to come into union with your inner child, and activate the heart space.
The transmission is a heart chakra activation, as well as a healing transmission for anyone who is ready to begin healing their inner child.

Hello,

Everybody.

I am Johanna Burkhart,

The soul shaman.

And today we are going to do a heart activation and really expand and open up your light body.

And we're gonna rise up into the dimensions and see what spirit,

What the cosmos has to offer us today or is assisting us in our ascension.

And by taking three deep breaths with me,

Allowing your abdominals to fully expand and fully contract with each breath,

Starting by breathing in through the nose and breathing out through your mouth.

And breathing out through your mouth,

Allowing your body to begin to sink into the space,

Your head and your neck to loosen.

Two more times,

Breathing in through the nose and breathing out through the mouth.

Feeling yourself further sinking in vertebrae by vertebrae,

Feeling your hips settling.

And one more time,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Feeling that relaxation taking over your,

Allowing everything to follow where it may.

And then just readjusting your breath,

Just slightly feeling its normal ebb and flow as it moves up and down your spine.

We take this time to activate this space,

To activate the healing energies,

To call in your healing team,

Your guides,

Your angels,

Your galactic family,

To feel your body and your body to feel your presence around you,

To know they are there to assist you.

We call in the Palladian Emissaries of the Light to be our gatekeepers this evening of divine light,

Allowing only what is in our soul's truth,

Our soul's alignment to enter into the sacred space that we create through all time and no time for all who will join us today and who will join us in the future.

We have with us,

Besides the Palladians,

We have the Atlanteans,

We have the Council of Twelve,

And we have the Lumerians,

We have Quan Yen and Mother Mary,

Mother,

Father,

God,

Saint Germain,

And we have the Holy Spirit,

And we have the Archangel Raphael and Gabriel and Michael.

They are all here to assist us,

Feel their presence.

At any time you feel the urge to cough or to yawn or to release your body,

Or to release in any way,

Please feel free to do so.

It is a physical release of your energy.

Let's bring our awareness now to our heart center.

And I want you to feel yourself climbing into your heart.

Maybe it appears as a tree trunk that you climb through or a long corridor or a tunnel.

Just feel and see yourself moving through deeper and deeper into your heart space until you feel that you have reached the opening in that center,

That sacredness.

And just notice how it appears.

Maybe it appears as a garden or a body of water.

In the center of whatever your sacred space within your being appears to be,

I want you to see a beautiful tree.

And as you approach it,

I want you to place your palms on it and feel and see that heart center begin to activate and awaken,

Lighting up,

Feeling that warm sensation,

Feeling your whole heart space with beautiful high vibrational warm energy.

This is your highest vibration.

This is energy from your being,

From your well.

See and feel it as it illuminates this space.

And as you find a space to get comfortable within your heart center,

Begin to see and feel that beautiful light of your own being moving down,

Creating its own pathway,

Its own column of light from the bottom of your heart center,

Connecting down into the top of your solar plexus,

Opening that solar plexus up,

Cleansing those emotional energies,

Calming it,

Restoring it to its zero point,

To peace,

To peace.

Feeling your own energy,

Your own light body,

Creating,

Cleansing,

Expanding that center as it begins to break up any sediment,

Anything that you have been holding onto,

As it begins to break up any sediment,

Breaking it up,

Making it more digestible,

Allowing that energy to begin to flow once again,

Building that pathway of light from the bottom of your solar plexus,

Connecting down in to your sacral,

Allowing the warmth and love of those two centers above to penetrate into your sacral energy,

To activate your creativity,

To open up all timelines,

All bloodlines,

To receive the activating energies of your own being as we purify and heal this evening.

Feel that energy swirling,

Expanding,

Awakening your divine trust and faith,

Awakening your intuition,

Widening that perspective,

And allowing that beautiful energy of your own being to move through the bottom of your sacral energy,

Creating a pathway down into your root center,

And as it begins to settle into your root,

I want you to feel your body anchoring even more,

Your energy anchoring even more into your physical body as we allow our beautiful,

Loving energy to flow.

To clear,

Dissolve any feelings of insecurity,

Instability,

Uncertainty,

Pressure,

Allowing you to relax your whole body as you move through the bottom of your heart.

Allowing you to relax your whole body and know that you are exactly where you are supposed to be tonight and on your journey in general,

Allowing that beautiful light of your own being to really open up,

Begin to shoot out,

Light down your legs,

Down your shins,

Into your feet where you feel it locking in to your physical body,

Completely anchoring you in.

As we open up the bottom of your feet,

Opening up your feet chakras,

Allowing them to breathe,

Allowing your beautiful light that you have now anchored into your physical body to begin to shoot out of the bottom of your feet like giant roots wrapping all the way around the outside of Mother Earth to the opposite center and beginning to pull her energy,

Your energy connecting into the center of her heart.

And as it connects,

You feel that energy of Gaia activate within your body as she shoots it up like a geyser,

Replenishing what you have given her,

Feeling it rise up,

That beautiful loving expansive energy rising through your root,

Through your column,

Up through your sacral,

Up through your solar plexus,

Into your heart and overflowing from your well.

As you continue to give her your loving energy,

She sends it right back to you,

Just feeling that beautiful flow as it expands our heart center even further,

Feeling into that sacred space within your heart once again,

Seeing your light expand.

As we allow that beautiful light within your own being to rise and begin to build a pathway from the top of your heart directly into your throat,

Plugging your heart directly into your throat center,

Plugging your heart directly in to your center of manifestation and action,

Allowing your own light,

Your own energy to cleanse away any pressure that isn't serving,

Allowing that energy to just permeate and cleanse your jaw,

Your teeth,

Your gums of any toxicity up and through your nose,

In through your inner ears and out,

Purifying all of your metaphysical senses.

As we allow that beautiful light to expand even further,

Coming out of your throat and building a column of light up into your third eye,

Allowing you to see directly from your heart center,

To see your desires,

Your visions,

Allowing that energy to connect into your fourth and fifth eye really expanding and clearing any interference as your energy expands,

As your energy expands and purifies and comes online,

Allowing that energy to rise from your third eye up into your crown,

Emptying your receiving dish,

Relaxing your mind even further,

Opening you up to possibility and allowing full surrender.

As this light begins to branch out from our crown into infinite consciousness,

Activating all of your remaining chakras up into the cosmos,

Opening yourself up to receive in that vortex of energy anything that is of your highest alignment,

Anything that is aligned with your soul's truth as you begin to feel that energy begin to circulate and move back down,

Meeting,

Blending,

Expanding at that heart center,

Activating it even further.

In this heart center,

You will notice a door appear.

This door gives you access to really allow your light body to rise up your column of light into the cosmos,

Dimension by dimension,

Granting us access to a time and space of harmonious and instantaneous healing.

See yourself going to the door,

See yourself going to the door and stepping in.

And as you close that door behind you,

Begin to feel yourself rising.

As we begin to lift and rise up into the fourth dimension,

Allowing and letting go even more,

Surrendering to the process as we rise once more into the fifth dimension,

Beginning to feel the shift,

The vibration of loving energy.

As we release our expectations,

We allow possibility as we surrender and rise once again into the sixth dimension.

Surrendering even more,

Releasing our thoughts,

Relaxing into infinite consciousness.

As we rise once again into the seventh dimension,

As we hear the beautiful harmonics and the beautiful sense of this beautiful dimension,

We allow the process of relaxing into the seventh dimension.

And the beautiful sense of this beautiful dimension,

Taking in energies along the way as we let go once again and allow ourselves to rise into the eighth dimension.

Surrendering,

Quieting our minds and our bodies,

Letting go,

Releasing as we rise once again into the ninth dimension.

Really just allowing yourself to breathe,

To receive,

To open up yourself as we let go.

We rise up once again into the tenth dimension.

As we let go,

We rise up once again into the tenth dimension.

Surrendering at its fullest,

Opening ourselves up for the experience as we rise to our destination into the eleventh dimension.

And as you settle into this space,

The door opens and you allow yourself to step out and to feel the energies of this divine feminine,

The mention of expansion.

You are greeted by your higher self and your galactic guide.

As they greet you,

They lead you over to a beautiful space,

A garden with flowers and scents that are so heavenly,

A beautiful pond of water,

Water fall off in the distance,

Rainbows everywhere,

Dragonflies and butterflies.

The cosmic sun and grandmother moon present at the same time,

Just allowing their energy to wash over you.

Feeling your light body activate from head to toe and your heart center exploding with love and peace and bliss and compassion.

As you just take in all of these scents,

All of your senses.

Part of activating our heart chakra and opening up us fully to this human experience requires us to face anything that's been uncomfortable or hiding in the shadows,

Not wanting to be seen,

Really constrict our flow of energy,

Our life force,

Taking up space where we could be receiving.

As you find a beautiful space to sit down,

You are joined by your higher presence,

Your galactic guide and a beautiful child who begins to enter.

This is one of your many inner children.

And he or she has a beautiful gift for you to experience,

The telepathic connection,

To be able to know what you are holding on to that is no longer serving.

What this inner child is bringing you is the key that unlocks the prison that you have placed yourself in.

It opens up your heart to accept and love and honor yourself completely,

Infinitely,

Without judgment,

Without shame or guilt.

This inner child has so much to show you,

To tell you,

To give you as you feel yourself leaning forward,

Connecting forehead to forehead.

Take this time to feel into and receive whatever it is that you need to know from that inner child to set you free.

Just feel and allow the beautiful energy as you take this time to connect telepathically.

This is the inner child.

Make sure you are breathing.

Make sure you are breathing and allowing yourself to be open and receive however you need to receive it.

There is no wrong way when it's telepathic.

Continue to receive from your inner child.

As she begins,

You or she begins to put their palms out,

Wanting you to place yours just about a quarter inch off of theirs.

As they begin to activate in remembrance,

Feeling that energy pulsing through your body,

Clearing away all those old stories,

Filing them away and rewriting your DNA.

As you begin to receive your inner child,

Feeling that energy pulsing through your body,

As the magical water on the pond near you begins to lift and rise,

Just like magic,

It begins to spin like a vortex around you and your inner child,

Creating a space,

A portal,

If you will,

Of sacred connection,

Divine remembrance as we clear your auric field and all your bodies that surround you with this beautiful water,

Creating this beautiful vortex of energy.

As your heads detach and you place your hand on your inner child's heart space and them to yours,

As we bring down the energies of divine love to accentuate your experience and activate your heart even further.

This beautiful,

Loving,

Soft energy awakening every cell within your being,

Almost like diamonds all over your light body,

Implanting awakening.

You make a promise to your inner child to honor your soul's truth,

To honor your heart,

To stand in your own light,

To know that it's okay to shine,

To be seen and heard,

And that the only validation that your heart needs is your own.

And with that promise,

You pull back your harm,

The water that once surrounded you falls,

Creating the most amazing rainbow.

And as you rise to say goodbye to your inner child,

You feel that shift in your energy,

That lightness,

That freedom,

That wholeness that has been there all along,

Waiting for you to activate it.

You take hand in hand your higher self and your galactic guide as they walk you back down a beautiful path,

Heart fully activated,

Light body online,

Feeling your energy flowing through you with ease and grace.

I want you to take this moment before you get back in to your tunnel,

Your time-space continuum.

Take this moment to receive from your galactic family,

Open the door and step back in.

And just relax as we begin to lower you back down your column of light,

Traveling down,

Lowering you subtly down into the tenth dimension.

Integrating,

As we lower back down into the ninth dimension.

Feeling that high vibrational energy working through our bodies as it integrates and harmonizes and syncs up.

As we lower once again down into the eighth dimension.

Feeling bliss and beautiful,

Calming energy working through you and all around you.

As we lower once again into the seventh dimension.

Beginning to feel that shift as we integrate even further,

Purifying every cell,

Awakening our DNA.

So we begin to anchor our light body as we move down into the sixth dimension.

Feeling that infinite love,

That expansiveness,

The most amazing bliss,

Loving feeling you can experience.

Feeling that wash over your body,

All of your energetic bodies,

As we lower you down into the fifth dimension.

Beginning to feel your weight coming back in.

As you lower once again,

Anchoring your light body slowly down into the fourth dimension.

Feeling yourself anchoring even deeper into the third dimension as your light body comes back into your full body.

Anchoring in as we arrive into the third dimension.

Pulling all of your awareness,

All of your energy back into that newly expanded and activated center.

Really doing beautiful service to our energy as we begin to breathe and settle that purification process,

Locking it in.

And as we breathe,

I want you to feel yourself breathing in through your heart,

Pulling in that energy from Mother Earth and from Source.

And as you breathe out to them and feel that loop of infiniteness,

Of infinite consciousness that starts and ends in your heart center.

Breathing in,

Pulling that energy in and breathing out.

As your body begins to feel its weight return,

Breathing in two more times,

Gathering it all into your heart space and releasing out.

Expanding even further and one more time as we anchor completely in.

Breathing in and out.
