Healing In The Sacred Waters Of Mother Gaia

Take a journey deep within Mother Gaia, to surrender into her healing waters. This journey is deeply relaxing, cleansing of your energy and body. Water is deeply purifying and relaxing when you set the intention to do so. Come and take this shamanic journey with me.

Transcript

Welcome,

My loves.

I am Johanna Burkhart and we're going to take a journey today to cleanse,

Purify,

And connect with the sacred waters within the womb of Mother Gaia.

Take a moment,

Lie down in a comfortable space where you will not be disturbed and you can completely surrender to the sound of my voice as you begin to feel your weight being supported beneath you.

Taking a few deep conscious breaths,

Helping us to anchor,

Relax,

And release so that we may be open to receive.

Breathing in through the nose,

Allowing your full body to expand out through the mouth,

Allowing your body to release any pressure it may be carrying.

Two more times,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Allowing your vertebrae to open,

Release,

And restack,

For your neck to relax,

For your shoulders to soften and sink into your space.

One more time,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Allowing your hips to open,

To sink in,

For your legs to relax,

And for your feet to open.

Connecting that natural rhythm with your breath,

Feeling it as it moves up and down your spine.

Up in the distance,

I bring your awareness to a beautiful temple,

A pyramid if you will,

Made of gold.

It feels so magnetic as you begin to walk towards it,

Noticing a beautiful stream of infinite light moving into the center of the temple.

As you approach the door of the temple,

We open up in prayer,

Creating that sacred connection before we step in.

And consciousness,

Gods and goddesses,

Angels,

Archangels,

Ascended masters,

Ancestors,

Benevolent beings,

And galactic families,

We ask that you blend with our consciousness,

That you support this transmission,

And that with the assistance of Mother,

Father,

God,

We create a sacred connection with this temple as we step in.

And as you open that door and cross that threshold,

You notice the temple is completely dark,

Except for that beautiful infinite light bellowing in.

As you begin to be drawn to the light,

Stepping into it,

And just allowing yourself to feel this beautiful light as it begins to move through you and around you,

Noticing the color of the light.

Is it sparkly?

Does it feel warm or cool when it touches your being?

As we allow this light to begin to move through your crown,

Clearing any anxious thoughts,

Any worries,

Allowing your mind to take a back seat as it moves down to your third eye,

Just allowing for any pressure to be released so your eyes will naturally soften and your ears will tune in even more to the sound of my voice,

Allowing that light to bellow into your throat and neck,

Releasing,

Transmuting any tension,

Any pressure to move or speak down into your high heart and lower heart,

Allowing the walls to fall away as this light begins to expand shoulder length,

Relaxing,

Transmuting,

Alchemizing any pressure,

Any weight that you've been carrying,

Allowing for them to fall naturally,

Sink into your space as this light moves through your chest and into your solar plexus,

Just allowing for any fears or emotional densities that you may be feeling in this moment to transmute into light as the rest of this light begins to bellow down through your sacral,

Opening yourself up to all aspects of your being as we call them forth from all timelines,

Galaxies and realities,

All parts and pieces of yourself to stand with you,

Be one with you in this moment as this light moves into your root and alchemizes any pressure that is felt,

Down your legs,

Opening your feet to be a clear channel and to be open to receive and as you look down at your feet,

You notice that you are standing on a doorway in the dark,

Hidden by the dirt,

Begin to move the earth and open the door to reveal a secret passageway as the stairs begin to be revealed by the beautiful light bellowing in through the temple,

Seven deep stairs down into the earth,

You feel so drawn to move down into this space,

You take a breath and on the exhale step down on step seven,

Allowing any tension or anxieties to fall away,

Step down six,

Just remembering to breathe,

Five,

Stepping down,

Noticing the beautiful crystal walls that line the staircase as you place your hands upon them for guidance,

Four,

Stepping down,

Beginning to feel and smell this freshness,

This coolness,

Three,

Stepping down,

Beginning to smell and feel the dampness of pure crystal clear waters,

Two,

Stepping down,

Beginning to hear the water as it trickles and moves,

One,

Stepping down,

Opening up to this beautiful cave with waters that are glowing the most beautiful crystalline turquoise as if the light is coming from underneath,

Surrounded by beautiful flowers,

Butterflies,

Dragonflies that look totally different.

As you walk closer,

You see straight through the water,

The pyramid of colors and crystals that line the floor of this cove of water with a beautiful light steam rising from it,

You feel so drawn to it,

You begin to step in,

You notice immediately it feels thicker than our water,

It feels so cleansing and refreshing and it's the perfect temperature,

Just enough to purify,

Detoxify and relax your entire being.

Walking forward towards the center as it rises up your legs,

Begin to feel this beautiful waters,

Sacred waters of Mother Gaia,

Of her womb,

Gently,

Magnetically pulling the toxins,

The energies,

The densities,

The imbalances from your physical body,

Moving even further as you feel it rise above your belly button,

Feeling that womb to womb connection,

Feeling just utter release as if everything that you've ever carried,

All the weight,

All the trauma is just lifting away and as you reach the center,

You notice you can no longer reach and your body is calling for you to surrender,

Lay back and float in the sacred waters and as you do,

You feel so buoyant,

So held,

So comfortable that you could even fall asleep floating in the sacred waters of Mother Gaia.

Take this time as you look up and see this beautiful infinite light,

Celestial energy bellowing down into your being as the sacred waters lift,

Alchemize and transmute any densities,

Any weight that is being carried in your sacred waters within your being as this celestial energy helps to further anchor the remembrance of your divine blueprint,

The remembrance of all that is as it works to anchor your light body perfectly into your physical body,

Working with Mother Gaia as she purifies your being.

Close your eyes,

Relax and enjoy this time held in her love and in her waters.

Feel yourself floating towards the edge of this beautiful sacred cove as you begin to find your footing,

Begin to climb out of the cove,

Standing once again next to the waters,

Feeling this utter lightness,

Freshness and restedness within your being as you look around once again at how completely gorgeous and serene the inside of Mother Earth and that she shared this sacredness with you because she loves you.

Taking it all in as you turn and head back to the stairway,

One stepping up,

Just sealing in the memory,

Floating in her energy,

Stepping up two,

Placing your hands on the sides of the stairwell made of water,

Feeling the energy deeply appreciative,

Three stepping up,

Beginning to feel your feet and your energy,

Four stepping up,

Beginning to sink once again with the conscious breath,

Five stepping up,

Beginning to feel your energy throughout your entire being as you begin to feel and sense the light from the temple once again,

Six stepping up,

Beginning to see and feel the warmth of the temple light,

Beginning to feel yourself coming back to this reality,

Stepping up seven,

Stepping out of the stairway and closing the sacred doorway.

As you do,

You begin to notice the doorway magically disappearing into the earth,

Squishing your toes into the sand as you begin to head back to exit the temple.

As you step out and close the door,

You turn around and place your hands,

Your palms on the side of the gold temple with deep appreciation and love.

You thank Mother Gaya and infinite consciousness for this beautiful gift that they have given.

And as you turn to walk away feeling the sand beneath your feet,

Heading over and sitting down on a small grassy knoll,

You watch the beautiful gold temple fade into infinite consciousness,

Leaving nothing but a beautiful sunset,

Knowing deep within your heart that whenever you need it,

It will be there waiting for you.

Take a deep breath in and out.

When you are ready,

You may awaken to this reality.

Absolutely magical. I didn’t want to come back. Being inside that temple was the most connected I’ve felt to my higher consciousness and my true origin then I’ve ever felt. Hi Joanna, what beautyfull meditation! This second visit something less pleasant came up. Not so much personal, but to do with a human history of putting negative energies in the sacred waters below piramids in a specific area.
I believe those energies need further recognition and healing (possibly with the help of waterdragons, as they work with leylines). There is simply to much to convert for just me and my waterdragon, so any help for healing these waters will be appreciated! 🌎
