Returning Home To Your Heart

Allow yourself to clear your heavy energetic blocks as we tap into your heart, your central sun and return home to the pure divine energy within you. Your pure divine energy that flows from your cental sun will return you to a state of flow, relaxation and immense clarity. It is amazing how quickly your world can shift when you step into the energy of allowance and infinte love of yorself. This mediation contains potent energy clearing.

Music Welcome everyone.

I am Johanna Burkhart,

The Soul Shaman.

And let's take a moment to ensure that we are in a sacred space where we are comfortable and we won't be interrupted,

Allowing us to fully surrender to this moment,

To relax,

To release,

To fully let go of all the tension that we keep,

Awakening,

Opening ourselves,

To fully be cleansed,

Illuminated,

And ready to receive this beautiful transmission.

To help us settle into our space,

Let's begin with three cleansing breaths,

Really inviting in all parts and pieces of us with every breath to return home and settle in.

Let's begin by breathing in through our nose and out through our mouth,

Allowing our crown and our neck and our shoulders to just release,

Surrender,

And sink in a little deeper.

Two more times,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Allowing our spine vertebrae by vertebrae to release and let go and open up and relax in to the space that we are in.

One more time,

Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Allowing our hips to expand,

To open,

To sink in,

Allowing our legs to release and fall where they may.

As we fully open ourselves up and allow us to enter in to our home,

As we meet and fully embrace our central sun,

Our universe,

It's time to awaken your celestial heart within,

To embrace the central sun within your heart and shine for all to see,

Allowing you to be free,

Allowing you to be joyful,

For now is your time,

Your time to shine.

The sun is at the center of our solar system and is the center of light,

The intelligence that governs this solar system.

The sun is connected to every aspect of life and it creates the world as we live in it.

The sun is much more than a gaseous ball of light.

It is highly evolved and is there to direct us and illuminate us even when the moon is dark and can't be seen in the sky.

The sun within will always guide.

The sun is a great place of learning and wisdom.

It is the stage of initiation.

The sun reads the vibrations and helps us to grow.

It feels our love and feeds our love.

If it feels fear in any way,

It creates an experience for us to open up more fully to the love within us.

The sun is light and the light allows for us to see the mirror of our experiences.

The sun is ever-changing.

Its vibrations are always heightening.

As we open up to our central sun and the entire universe within our hearts and within our being,

Setting us free.

I would like to bring your awareness to your heart center.

Feel yourself making your way deeper and deeper within.

The deeper you go,

The more drawn you feel,

The more at home you feel.

As you enter into the center of your being,

It's as if you are on an island surrounded by the most crystalline,

Purified waters you have ever seen.

This island within you is expansive.

The light you see is from your central sun.

The warmth you feel helps you relax into it,

Allowing you to feel comfort and at home within.

You notice in the center of your island a hollow tree with a vast trunk for you to enter,

Giving you direct access to everything you need.

As we get comfortable in this space and feeling in to our universe within,

We allow our central sun,

The light of our being,

To begin to shine down even brighter,

Creating a pathway of light within,

Straight down from our center,

From our heart,

Down into our solar plexus.

As we enter into those crystalline waters,

Allowing the light and the warmth from our central sun within our being to illuminate any heavy densities that are clogging our waters,

Keeping them mucky,

Not allowing us to see clearly.

Allowing the warmth to begin to purify,

Break down and dissolve away anything that is not ours to carry.

Immediately lightening,

Clearing our crystalline waters and allowing them to return to serenity.

As we know that this beautiful crystalline water will be necessary for allowing our tree within the center of our being to be nourished and healthy.

As we allow the beautiful central sun and light within our being to reach down and continue that pathway of light breaking free,

Opening up the bottom of our solar plexus,

Really allowing that pathway of light to reach down into our sacral center of energy.

This beautiful light within our being shines brightly on all the ways that we can feed our tree,

Allowing the warmth and the expansion to widen our perspective,

Making space to receive even more ways that we can nourish our own tree,

Opening up all the pathways and allowing the light to shine bright to illuminate our trust and faith with everything that we receive,

Illuminating the remembrance from all time and space,

Access to everything we need in any direction,

Allowing all of that energy to be brought forth into this sacral center of energy,

Allowing our own central sun,

Our warmth and love to illuminate anything that we need to see that isn't helping direct our energy,

That isn't there to guide us,

That isn't there for us,

It's not our truth,

Allowing that warmth to dissolve that away instantly,

Creating and purifying this space,

Opening it up to receive more ways to nourish our tree,

To remember our truth,

Our divinity,

To relax into our sovereignty and to only carry the remembrance of that which truly serves and enhances our experience.

It's so awakening to our cellular memory to release that of which is not ours to carry as we allow the light and love from our central sun to begin to create another pathway of light that reaches from the bottom of our sacral energy directly into our root center,

Once again allowing the light to keep us upright and the waters from our emotional center to replenish and fuel and flow into our roots,

Allowing them to grow.

And all the beautiful ways,

All the seeds of life,

The food and nourishment from our sacral center feeding into our roots,

Allowing them to extend out wider and deeper,

Allowing all of these energy centers to help us root our beautiful light even more into our physical body,

Allowing us to root deeply into our being,

Helping us to remember once again why we chose to come here,

Direct access to the remembrance.

And as we feel that beautiful wide open flow that begins and ends in our heart center in our central sun,

We feel our roots take hold and begin to sprout even wider,

Wrapping all the way around Mother Earth as if we were holding her gently,

Loving her deeply as we allow our roots to enter into her center through all her crystalline layers,

As we enter in to the center of her universe and are welcome in to her heart center as she embraces the love that we are feeding her.

She kindly reciprocates by beaming up a beautiful vibration that we begin to feel softly enter into our root center,

Slowly and gently moving up our pathway of light through our sacral and solar plexus and slow and gently rising into the center of our universe,

Allowing our crystalline waters to rise as we settle back in to our universe,

Our home within,

Feeling that gentle and infinite flow of love that we give and the love that we receive beautifully flow as we deeply,

More deeply relax in to the comfort that is always available within.

As we settle back in to our home within,

To our universe and our central sun,

Feeling the warmth and comfort that coming home gives us,

We notice that our central sun creates a beautiful reflection on the crystalline waters that surround us,

This reflection creates a new pathway of light and love directly from our heart center to our throat above,

Flooding this beautiful new pathway with codes of light and love from our being,

From our divinity,

This beautiful light that our central sun provides through the reflection purifies anything that is not serving within this center of energy,

Allowing it to be filled with the filters of our love and light from the center of our being,

This pathway allows us to hear more patiently,

To listen through the lens of our heart center,

To speak words of kindness,

Words of love,

Words of truth and to take action methodically and not in a hurry,

It allows us to remember that we are always right where we need to be,

Hearing what we need to hear,

Speaking what we need to speak,

Allowing us to always be patient with ourselves and to return home when need be,

That brings us peace,

Allows us to release the expectations that we place upon ourselves as we allow our central sun,

Our love within us to reflect up once again off our crystalline waters,

The most purest pathway of light that rises from our throat center into our third eye,

Into our mind,

Immediately decalcifying our third eye,

Allowing pure light and love to cleanse our sight,

To beam a new pathway of light from our third eye to our fourth eye at the back of our mind and together coming up and rising into our fifth eye,

Creating a trinity,

A beautiful triangular projection screen within our own mind,

Within our being,

Allowing the love and light that passes purely through this pathway of light to cleanse any foggy misperceptions,

To allow us to see in 360 and to see through the lens of love,

The lens of truth,

Sovereignty,

Allowing us to have the most beautiful clarity and to see objectively and to dream vividly,

Opening up this beautiful portal of time through space and no time,

Collapsing all other timelines and bringing our presence fully into the now within our being,

As we allow this beautiful central sun and love within our being to reflect once again down onto those crystalline waters,

Renewing that pathway of light,

Widening,

Encompassing our crown,

Cleansing out our receiving dish,

Really purging anything that isn't serving us in this existence,

Really allowing this loving energy to massage and cleanse all of our antennas,

All of our receivers,

Awakening and invigorating our connection with source,

With infinite consciousness as we allow this light within our being to widen even more,

To widen as far as you can conceive,

As we give our love to infinite source,

Creating a vortex of energy,

Allowing infinite consciousness in the source of all that is to receive us fully and allowing source and infinite consciousness to reciprocate and provide us with the remembrance of our divinity,

Direct access as that light from infinite consciousness and the love begins to flow back in,

Giving us access to all that is as we feel it effortlessly flow in through our crown,

Through our mind,

Through our heart and gently flowing in,

Raining down on us,

Providing the most magical rainbows of light begin to surround us as the both worlds merge,

Unifying mother earth and infinite consciousness of source into one,

Allowing it to become one with us and allowing our home within our tree of life,

Our universe to begin to expand out,

360 in all directions,

All time and space,

Allowing us to feel at home once again within our being while constantly giving and receiving,

Allowing us to feel what flow really is,

What the power of our central sun,

Our heart center guides us,

Allowing us to be free,

Allowing us to know that we always hold the key and illuminating,

That everything we actually need is already here within our being.

Sometimes we just need to remember and allow the light and love of our heart center,

Of our central sun to remind us and guide us back home.

You are the key,

You are the light and when you allow your heart to fully activate and illuminate you will never truly be lost and you will always know your way.

As you once again begin to relax in to your central sun,

Anchoring more deeply into your being,

Into your physical body,

Allowing the cells that you awakened,

That you opened to write this new data,

To reprogram everything within your being with the truth that you have allowed to be illuminated and surrendered into the cells.

We allow ourselves to be washed over with the light of the rainbow ray,

Sealing ourselves with our truth,

With our magic,

With our light,

With our divinity and allowing those cells to grow and multiply by the light of our central sun within our universe,

Within our being.
