Root Chakra Rebirthing And Deep Grounding

During the Root Chakra transmission we purge and transform this energy within our being in a deeply grounded and connected way with our body. It can help heal problems physically in the legs, feet, rectum and lower body; sciatica; eating disorders; constipation; fear of not enough money; fear of not enough anything; inability to focus or sit still; lacking energy; feeling ungrounded; not feeling secure; lethargy; or uncertainty. It's important to rebirth our foundation and stay grounded.

Welcome to balancing and grounding your root energy.

I am Johanna Burkhart,

The soul shaman.

I ask you to find a comfortable space where you may sit or lie down,

Where you will not be interrupted.

Just begin to breathe,

Feeling your energy moving up and down your spine.

Feeling your weight,

Your body,

Where it meets the earth,

Whatever you may be connected to at this moment,

Allowing yourself to be fully present.

As we take this time to set our intention to invite in spirit,

Infinite consciousness,

Gods and goddesses,

Angels,

Archangels and ascended masters,

Ancestors and benevolent beings and our galactic families,

We thank you for joining us.

We ask for you to blend with us.

We give gratitude for your guidance and for assisting us.

Today we wish to connect into our root chakra energy to clear,

Dissolve,

Transform our fears,

Our lack,

The illusions we create in our manifested existence,

To help illuminate the truth so we can feel our strength,

Our power in our structure,

In our being as we stand tall and strong on our path with confidence and courage.

I bring your awareness to a beautiful temple,

A pyramid if you will,

Standing before you,

Gold,

Glimmering and inviting you in.

As the door opens,

You step forward,

Right foot in front of the left,

Making your way into the temple of transformation.

It is dark,

But right in the center of the temple you see a beautiful ruby red ray just bellowing down from the point of the temple,

Creating a beautiful circle directly in the center,

Shining a light on a beautiful platform,

A comfortable platform,

A space for you to lie down and relax.

As you make your way over to the temple,

Feeling the dirt beneath your feet,

The rocks and the rubble,

Gently climbing on the platform and feeling the ruby red ray beginning to envelop your entire body as you relax deeper and deeper into this space,

Feeling your whole entire body relaxing and releasing from your day.

As the earth around this platform begins to open up,

Gently beginning to lower you down,

Feeling yourself entering into the earth,

Sinking deeper and deeper into Mother Earth's sacred space,

A womb,

A healing womb within her presence,

Allowing you to feel warm and safe.

As you turn to your side,

Almost as if you're in a fetal position,

Relaxing even deeper into this space,

As the earth above you closes and the room begins to fill with the ruby red ray,

Absorbing into your body,

Beginning with your mind,

Asking you to scan,

To feel,

To be conscious and aware of every ounce of your being.

As this beautiful red ruby ray begins to move through your body,

Sensing,

Detecting,

Enveloping every fear,

Every anxiety,

Every pressure and every insecurity,

Illuminating,

Making space for your truth to appear,

To be seen and not obscured.

As the ray enters your crown,

Bringing your awareness to that space,

Feeling your scalp and your forehead,

As the ray begins to quiet your thoughts,

Quiets your mind,

Absorbing all of it into its beautiful red light,

As it moves down the back of your head,

Over into your eyes,

Activating them to see through the illusion,

As if you are given infrared sight into your ears,

Smoothing out the signal so that you can hear your divine soul speaking to you,

Into your nose so you can smell the freshness of the truth,

The purity that surrounds you,

Down into your jaw,

Clearing the pressure that binds you,

As we allow this beautiful ruby red ray to move down the back of your spine,

Vertebrae by vertebrae,

Clearing the fears,

The karmic memories and the patterns from all lifetimes,

Relaxing your back even more as it moves,

Bringing your attention,

Your awareness to every part and piece of your spine,

The curvature,

The way it moves when you breathe,

The expansion and the contraction of your whole entire being,

As it moves all the way down,

Slowly and comfortably clearing,

All the way down into your base,

Where we feel that energy begin to spiral and expand,

Unlocking,

Opening your root chakra nice and wide,

As we feel this energy traveling down your thighs,

Into your knees,

Softening your joints and your tissues,

Helping you to be more flexible,

Relieving the tension and the weight from the heaviness we have been carrying,

As it flows down our shins and into our feet,

Awakening,

Activating all of the chakras in our feet,

And as we begin to scan,

Once again,

From feet back up to our head,

As we go,

We begin to feel roots coming from every part of our being,

As if the side of our body that is connected to this platform is rooting us deeper into Mother Earth's presence,

Allowing us to feel the stability of our being,

As we release the toxins,

The manifested dis-ease,

The energetic blocks,

The cords,

The false programming,

The lack and insecurity,

The worry of the unknown,

The fear of the feeling and the pressure that we place upon our being,

As each root begins to sprout along the side of our body,

Going deeper and deeper into Mother Earth,

We feel the release taking place,

Draining from our being into these roots,

As we move up to our hips,

Feeling the widest and deepest of the roots anchoring out from our root chakra,

Deep and wide,

As it begins to grow from each and every space on the side of our spine,

As we feel the energy moving up the side of our being,

Rooting and grounding where our body connects to the platform,

As we release,

As if we are becoming one with Mother Earth,

Anchoring our light fully into our physical body,

Feeling that release,

That lightness take over,

All the way up into our crown,

As these roots drain,

We feel them pulling gently and comfortably that energy,

That toxicity,

That pressure like a filter just flowing out of our being through the roots and popping up to the soil above like rocks and weeds and boulders,

So that we can see with our physical being what we have released,

As we lay here for just a few moments,

Allowing the energy to do the work,

We relax deeper and deeper into ourselves,

Feeling our body,

Feeling our presence and our awareness,

Feeling our breath and our heartbeat,

Just take that moment to observe your body.

May you have wonderful dreams tonight with the Master of залal.

As the roots begin to contract just a little bit back into the earth,

We see each and every one of them beginning to spark a beautiful golden divine light.

As this beautiful spark begins to climb each and every root,

Filling our entire being,

Bringing all of the energy into our soul.

As we begin to charge ourselves,

Revitalizing our energy,

Bringing back life and vitality,

As if every pressure,

Every fear and every insecurity had been magically dissolved away,

Leaving you light,

Bright and energized for your day.

Seeing those beautiful lights that spark,

Seeing your soul beginning to glow brighter and brighter.

As your roots begin to contract and the earth above you begins to once again open up,

Releasing you from the cocoon of healing,

As your platform begins to raise to the surface,

For you to see all that you have released.

Even as the earth under the platform begins to close,

You are guided to sit up,

To take a look around,

To see all that had been released from your being,

All that had been manifested or could have been manifested in your reality,

Illuminating your awareness to how much weight you have been holding.

As you look all around you inside this temple of transformation,

Illuminating,

You see a box of matches now being presented.

You pick them up and strike a match,

Knowing that you are the commander of your vessel and it is time to burn down all that has not been serving and rejuvenate your garden,

Your soil,

Your foundation with the freshness of your new being.

As you toss that lit match,

You begin to see red and violet flames burning all that is not serving all around you,

Feeling the warmth of the fire,

The purification taking place on all levels,

Clearing your aura and pulling out anything that remains that hadn't already been absorbed into the light.

And as each part of that space,

As the fire dies down,

All that remains is fresh,

Dark,

Rich soil.

As you begin to step foot,

Walking all around,

You wiggle your toes in it,

You feel the freshness you smell the freshness.

All you want to do is plant new seeds to run freely because you see now through the illusion that you have created,

You see how big and clean and stable the foundation within your being really is.

There's no denying all that is possible for you at this moment.

So grateful you drop to your knees,

Place your hands on your heart and you give thanks to Mother Earth,

To your divine soul,

To all of your spiritual families.

I came forward today to assist you on this journey of helping you realize that you have the power,

That you have had the power all along.

At any time you can reclaim that foundation.

You can stand in your own garden,

Feeling your connection,

Your strength,

Your power,

In your own being,

For you are the commander,

You have the courage and the confidence to lead.

As you rise and begin to exit the temple,

Closing that door behind you and stepping foot on your new path,

Your new pathway,

Your new foundation,

Your new found courage and confidence,

You look behind you knowing in your heart of hearts that this temple within you is always ready and available for you anytime your soul desires you to.

Take a deep breath.

Bringing your awareness back to the space that you are in,

Feeling your body,

How it connects,

Feeling your breath beginning to move,

The warmth within it,

The energy around it,

As you wiggle your toes and your fingers and begin to move your hips,

Bringing your consciousness fully into this present moment,

We once again give thanks to all of our spiritual families that decided to meet us halfway today to be assistance to us.
