Lesson 2: Remembering That Life Is A Gift
This session invites you to reconnect with the beauty of life itself. You’ll remember that every day is a precious opportunity to feel, to love, and to bring light to the world around you. The more you tune into gratitude, the more gratitude emanates from your being.
Lección 4
Day 2: Meditation- Elevating Into The Feeling Of Gratitude
A nourishing 5-minute gratitude meditation that helps you tune into the magic of the present moment — the sounds, sensations, and small miracles of life. You will be invited to FEEL deep appreciation for life itself, something we often overlook. This is recorded over a 432hz sound bath in the note F to open the heart.
Lección 5
Lesson 3: The Power Of Self-Love & Body Blessing
Today’s session focuses on cultivating deep self-love and appreciation for your body. You’ll explore how happiness grows when you treat yourself with kindness and compassion. The deeper you love yourself the deeper you can meet people with this love. Self-love isn't selfish- it is nourishment.
Lección 6
Day 3- Meditation: Turn Your Love Inwards
A deeply nourishing body blessing meditation where you’ll send love and gratitude to each part of yourself, awakening a sense of self-worth and inner joy. This is a powerful practicing of turning your love inwards and loving your body. This is tracked to 432hz Sound Bath.

Another treasure from Jade. This is actually 3 days, but I listened to all 6 ‘lessons’ in the one sitting. Jade is very effective in getting her message across about how to find the inner joy that we all have, and some simple words to help us modify our inner dialogs to be in a more joyful state of being I’m sure I’ll return to let the short but...
