This is a guided meditation to help you relax and float in the energies of Love and Peace. We go on a journey to your sacred garden and allow the power of love and peace to fully encompass you as you float in these beautiful and high vibratory energies.

Here is a guided meditation to help you reconnect with love and peace.

So closing your eyes and allowing your body to relax.

Taking in three deep relaxing breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And as you exhale imagining any stress or tension leaving your body.

As you continue to breathe in and out feeling calm and relaxation showering your head.

Allowing any tightness from your head and your neck to disappear.

And now releasing any tension from your shoulders and your arms as you feel your hands and fingers relax.

As you continue to breathe in and out allowing this sense of calm to travel down your spine embracing your back your stomach and your hips.

And now allowing this release to remove any tightness from your thighs and your calves as your feet and toes relax.

Allowing yourself to be embraced in ultimate peace and to feel as light as a feather.

Then seeing yourself in your beautiful garden.

A personal garden that is filled with your favorite flowers,

Your favorite plants and any animals that you love.

So spending a few moments just exploring your beautiful garden.

The sun is shining overhead and it's a glorious day.

You take a few moments to allow the sun's rays to warm your entire body.

You notice a path and you begin to walk down this path to a special gated garden.

You stop at the gate and notice any symbols or signs or colors on your gate.

You open the gate walk through and close the gate behind you.

You walk down the path to a beautiful garden bed which is surrounded by the most glorious flowers and shrubbery you have ever seen.

You lie down on your garden bed and immediately sink in comfortably.

You close your eyes and you allow the bed to take away all your stresses and tiredness.

As you allow the bed to remove any heaviness from your body you begin to float.

You feel safe and secure as you continue to float upwards.

Your eyes remain closed and you trust the process allowing yourself to feel light and free.

You then begin to feel the sensation of love and peace swirling around you.

You notice that love and peace are represented by certain colors and sensations as you allow them to continue swirling around your body.

You know that this love and peace is eternal and abundant and you allow the colors and sensations to infiltrate every cell,

Every pore,

Every organ and every part of your body.

It feels wonderful.

You remain here for a while as you allow this eternal love and abundant peace to continue swirling around you.

You are totally immersed in these high vibratory feelings.

It feels wonderful and it feeds your soul.

You're reminded that this is who you are and what you are made of.

You know that true happiness and strength lie in your connection to peace and love.

You feel your body gently float down back to the garden bed.

You stand up walking back down the path towards the gate.

You open the gate,

Walk through and close it behind you.

You feel wonderfully light and empowered.

As you walk back towards your personal beautiful garden you notice that everything seems more vibrant and more colorful.

It's as if reconnecting with love and peace has changed your perception on the world around you and you spend some time re-exploring your garden.

Just noticing if anything has changed or if anything now draws your attention with this new perspective.

You say to yourself,

I choose the power of love and the serenity of peace to remain with me always.

You then slowly bring your awareness back into the room where you are and into your body.

Slowly wiggling your fingers and your toes and taking in three deep grounding and awakening breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

And then opening your eyes when you feel ready.
