Welcome to the activating and aligning our three brains meditation.
Many studies have shown that we actually have three brains.
Our head brain,
Our heart brain and our gut brain.
In this meditation we are going to activate each brain and then align them with each other.
This meditation is influenced by the teachings of M-Bit and M-braining.
So when you're comfortable,
Closing your eyes and allowing your body to relax.
Knowing that you are safe and protected at all times,
Begin by taking in three deep relaxing breaths.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
As you exhale,
Imagining any tension or stress leaving your body.
As you continue to breathe in and out,
Allowing calm and relaxation to shower your head.
Allowing any tightness from your head and your neck to disappear.
And now releasing any tension from your shoulders and your arms.
As your fingers and hands relax.
Allowing this sense of calm to travel down your spine,
Embracing your back,
Your stomach and your hips as they all relax.
And now feeling this release,
Removing any tightness from your thighs and your calves.
As your feet and toes relax.
So feeling yourself embraced in ultimate peace and feeling as light as a feather.
Now placing your awareness on the energy of your heart.
Imagine you are breathing into your heart and breathing out of your heart.
Truly connecting with your heart.
As you breathe in,
Imagine that you are breathing fresh air into your heart.
And then allowing any stagnant energy to leave your heart area on your out-breath.
Feeling how wonderful it feels for the heart to now be cleared and energised.
Now moving your awareness to the energy of your gut.
Imagine you are breathing into your gut and breathing out of your gut.
Deeply identifying with your gut brain.
As you breathe in,
Imagine that you are breathing fresh air into your gut.
And allowing any stagnant energy to leave your gut on your exhale.
And now feeling how wonderful it feels for the gut to be cleared and energised.
Now placing your awareness on the energy of your head brain.
Imagine you are breathing into your head and breathing out of your head.
Really perceiving your head brain.
On your in-breath,
Imagining that you are breathing fresh air into your head and allowing any stagnant energy to leave your head area on your exhale.
Feel how wonderful it feels for the head to be cleared and energised.
Now placing your attention back on your heart.
Feeling the wonderfully clear and energised heart brain.
Feel the compassion,
Love and joy that sits in this place.
See the energy from your heart moving down to your gut.
Your wonderfully clear and energised gut brain.
Here where the deepest core of your being sits as well as your courageous self.
Then seeing this energy move from your gut back to your compassionate,
Loving heart where joy sits.
Watching as this heart's energy moves up to your wonderfully clear and energised head where your creative thoughts and logic sits.
And now seeing this energy move down to your compassionate,
Loving heart.
Watch as the energy continues to move between the three brains.
From your compassionate,
Loving heart to your courageous and action-taking gut.
Back up to your compassionate and loving heart.
And then back up to your creative and thinking head.
Back to your compassionate,

Wiggling your fingers and your toes and taking in three deep energising breaths.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
And then when you're ready,
Opening your eyes and just spending a few moments in this space.
Noticing how it feels to feel clear,
