And continuing to keep your eyes closed.
Imagining that you are in a beautiful garden.
And as you look up,
It is night time but there is a full noon so you can see clearly all around you.
You feel safe and secure in this space.
And you know that it's now time to allow yourself to relax and drift off to sleep.
You look around your beautiful garden.
It feels peaceful and quiet in this space.
And as you continue to look around,
You notice a beautiful fluffy cloud floating from the sky.
This cloud floats slowly down towards the ground,
Towards you.
It stops just before it touches the ground.
You slowly walk on over to it,
Knowing that this cloud will help you relax and drift off to dreamland.
You touch the cloud and it's soft and warm.
It feels nurturing and peaceful.
You climb into the cloud and as soon as you do,
You feel safe and warm and you snuggle into the cloud.
The cloud gently lifts off the ground and you know you are safe.
As it continues to rise higher and higher,
All the days,
Thoughts and feelings gently release from your mind,
Body and soul and fall to the ground,
Allowing you to feel lighter and freer.
The cloud continues upwards into the sky,
Gently,
Gently climbing higher and higher and you feel safe.
You look around and you see an infinite number of stars,
So many that you just can't count them.
As the cloud continues to move up into the night sky,
There is a gentle rocking motion that helps you to feel safe and relaxed.
This movement slowly rocks you to sleep as you continue to allow yourself to release the day.
And as you do this,
You become lighter,
Relaxed and allowing your mind,
Body and soul to drift off to dreamland.

Allowing you to feel lighter and more relaxed.
