In this meditation we are going to access our three consciousnesses.
Our consciousness,
Our subconscious and our super conscious.
So finding a place where you can relax,
Closing your eyes.
Begin by taking in three deep relaxing breaths.
In through your nose and out through your mouth.
And on each exhale allowing any stress or tension to leave your body.
So as you continue to breathe in and out,
Allowing a sense of calm and relaxation to shower your head.
Allowing all the tightness from your head and your neck to disappear.
And now releasing any tension from your shoulders and your arms as you feel your hands and fingers relax in your lap.
Allowing this sense of calm to travel down your spine,
Embracing your back,
Your stomach and your hips as they all relax.
Feeling this release,
Now removing any tightness from your thighs and your calves as your feet and toes relax.
Feeling yourself embraced in ultimate peace.
Then seeing yourself in your beautiful garden,
Your personal garden,
A place you can go to at any time for peace,
Relaxation and to connect with your inner self.
So you feel the Sun overhead warming and energizing your body.
Today we are going to communicate with the three levels of our consciousness.
You see a path in front of you and you begin to walk down this path.
In the distance there is a large mountain.
Excitedly you walk towards this mountain.
It is a beautiful day and you feel the warmth of the Sun as you walk down the pathway towards the mountain.
At the base of the mountain there is a doorway.
You walk up to the door,
Opening the door and you see that there is a long hallway.
As you step into the hallway it lights up.
You close the doorway behind you and you walk down this hallway to the door at the other end.
As you get to this door you notice it says conscious awareness on the door.
You open the door and you step into a large room.
This room represents your conscious awareness of everything in your life.
You look around and it is filled with everything that is familiar to you.
You spend some time becoming more aware of what you have sitting in this room in your conscious mind.
There is no judgment here,
Just acceptance.
If there is something that you wish to remove you have the choice of picking up the item and placing it in a special trash compactor.
So spend some time now becoming more aware of what is sitting in this room and in your conscious mind.
You you you it is now time to leave this room that is your conscious mind.
You walk back through the door into the hallway closing the door behind you.
You notice that there is now a lift in the wall of the mountain and the doors open.
You step in and you see a button that says down to your subconscious.
You press the button intrigued by what you will find in your subconscious.
The lift travels down and you can feel it.
You can feel the sensation in your stomach.
You know that you are traveling to the depths of your subconscious.
When you arrive the lift doors open and you walk into a large room.
There are many things in this room.
Things you may have forgotten about.
I'll leave you here for a few moments to explore your subconscious room.
You then notice a big projector screen roll down from the ceiling.
On the screen images and words appear.
These images and words represent what is in your subconscious.
You sit down at the desk to watch the screen.
On the desk in front of you are two buttons.
One says keep and the other one says delete.
You spend some time now watching what appears on the screen.
Press the keep button for anything you wish to keep in your subconscious mind and press the delete button for anything you wish to remove from your subconscious mind.
Now that you have spent quite a bit of time in your subconscious,
It's time to leave.
You stand up feeling as though you have given your subconscious a good clean out.
You feel lighter and clearer.
You walk to the lift and the doors open.
You enter the lift and notice there is now a new button on the wall which says super conscious.
You excitedly press this button.
You feel the lift going up and again you feel the sensations in your stomach of this upward motion.
It takes a while for the lift to stop as it continues to go up.
The lift finally stops and the doors open.
You step out onto a large mountaintop.
You feel safe in this space and you begin to look around.
You are on top of the world.
Everywhere around you are swirls of light and color.
This place is full of inspiration and imagination.
You spend a few moments noticing what images or words you can make out.
This is your super consciousness communicating with you.
Notice what comes through without judgment and as you see something you like reach out and take it.
You you It is now time to return and you walk back to the lift.
The doors open and you walk in.
The button now reads conscious.
You press the button and you feel the sensations of the lift traveling back down.
The doors open and you are back in the hallway where you first walked in.
You walk out of the lift and watch as the doors close behind you.
You walk down the hallway to the entrance of the mountain opening the door and walking out into the sunshine closing the door behind you.
You spend a few moments just standing and enjoying the sunshine.
You notice that you now feel lighter as though you have released what no longer serves you.
You also feel inspired and creative and you smile to yourself as you walk down your path back to your garden where you started.
Once you return to your garden you look around and everything is more vivid,
More colourful,
More brighter.
You notice things that you didn't notice before.
You are filled with inspiration and creativeness.
You are filled with joy and love.
You take these beautiful feelings with you slowly bringing your awareness back into the room you are in and back into your body.
Wiggling your fingers and your toes and taking in three energising and awakening breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
And then gently opening your eyes when you feel ready.
