Hello everyone and thank you so much for joining me in today's meditation.

Today we are going to be grounding ourselves in our own emotions,

Changing our perception of our reality through our senses,

Our feelings,

And of course our emotions.

Before we begin,

Go ahead and find yourself in a comfortable position either seated or laying down.

Be sure to have symmetry in the body,

In the arms and legs,

And be sure to have a straight spine and a supported neck,

Back,

And knees.

As you are getting comfortable in your body now,

Go ahead and find your breath.

Become aware of your natural breathing.

And whenever you are comfortable and aware of your breath,

Let's go ahead and take three deep cleansing breaths to ground ourselves together.

In through the nose,

And out through the mouth.

To connect deeper with our physical sensory perception,

Allow the entire body to relax.

Bring your awareness to the top of your head.

Allow your forehead to relax,

Your eyes to relax,

Your cheeks to relax,

Your tongue,

Your jaw.

And if you find trouble allowing any of these areas of the body to relax,

Go ahead and tense them and then release.

Allow the neck to relax,

Bringing the awareness down to the shoulders,

Down the arms,

Into the hands and through the fingertips.

Allow your chest to relax.

Moving into the belly,

Relax the belly,

There is no need to tense or flex.

Simply be moving the awareness into the hips,

Down each leg.

Go ahead and squeeze the muscles in your legs and release.

This is reinforcing our grounding cord into the earth by keeping the legs strong.

Through the calves,

Ankles,

And finally,

Relaxing through the toes.

With the body and the mind relaxed,

Now we can shift our attention to our energy and our emotions.

To connect with your energy,

Go ahead and place your right hand on the sacral chakra to express feeling.

Breathe into the space.

Together with our right hand on the sacral chakra,

Just below the belly button,

We are going to take three deep belly breaths,

Filling this area with light,

Oxygen,

With energy.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

And now that we are connected with this space,

I want you to visualize a bright orange light in the sacral chakra.

This is your right to feel,

To express your emotions.

Continue to breathe into the space with your natural breathing pattern.

Allow the emotions and allow the visions that are wanting to surface now.

Allow them to surface.

It is safe to feel in this space.

As you continue to breathe into the space and feel the emotions that are wanting to surface,

I want you to visualize with every new deep breath,

This bright orange light within you,

Expanding further and further outward,

Rippling,

Stretching into the entire universe.

This is your right to express your emotions now and continue to feel whatever is meant to be felt here and now.

There is no pressure.

There is no judgment.

These thoughts and feelings and visions can look however they are supposed to look and feel however they are meant to feel.

Whenever you are ready,

Go ahead and place your left hand on the heart chakra.

This is your right to receive love,

To receive high vibrational emotions and energies.

As you continue to be aware of your natural breathing pattern here,

Let's go ahead and breathe light,

Breathe energy into this space with three deep breaths,

Feeling the chest rise with each breath in through the nose through the mouth.

For a few moments,

I want you to feel this loving,

Healing energy,

Filling your body with love,

Light,

Warmth.

Your entire body is filling with a bright,

Shimmering pink light.

Trust that in this space,

It is safe for you to feel loved,

To feel happy in love,

To feel secure in love,

To receive love now.

And as you are feeling these loving emotions and vibrations,

As you are breathing into this bright pink light,

As this light is filling your body and swelling your heart,

As you breathe,

Visualize this light spreading so far beyond you,

Engulfing the entire universe in your embrace.

Now,

With your right hand placed on the sacral chakra,

Still glowing orange,

And your left hand placed on your heart chakra,

Still glowing pink,

I want you to feel with your emotions the energy you dream of feeling,

Whether this is happiness,

Excitement,

Love,

Abundance,

Peace.

You are aware of your energy now to allow this vibration,

These emotions to pour through for you here and now.

Visualize and feel your visualization.

What is the energy you want to step into?

Continue breathing,

Continue giving life to these vibrations.

You are safe to stay here in this space and feel these amazing,

Loving vibrations.

Now,

Now that you have attuned yourself to the frequency of your desire,

Notice when in your life have you experienced these emotions?

In what ways in your current life are you experiencing the opposite of these emotions?

Allow your spirit to speak through you now.

What changes are you being called to make in your daily life so you can return to this frequency more and more until it is simply what you feel every day.

You already know what it feels like to be attuned to your desired frequency.

Trust and know it is already yours.

You have proof of it.

As we are finishing up this meditation I want you to connect with this energy,

Connect with this vibration as much as you need to and allow it to truly stretch,

To spill,

To pour into your daily life.

Repeat after me.

I am grounded and centered in my purpose.

I am creative and free in my expression.

I am healing and evolving.

I love myself so much that I allow myself to feel secure,

Happy,

And loved.
