Hello everyone,
Thank you so much for joining me for today's meditation.
Today we are going to be activating,
Healing,
And balancing the solar plexus chakra.
Whenever you're ready,
Go ahead and close your eyes.
Find yourself in a comfortable position,
Either seated or laying down.
Be sure to have your neck,
Your spine,
And your knees supported.
Whenever you're ready,
Go ahead and shift your awareness to the solar plexus chakra.
This is the space at the center of the torso,
Just below the ribs.
Feel into this space.
Do you notice any sensations,
Warmth,
Buzzing,
Or tingling?
Visualize a bright spinning disc that is yellow in color in the center of the solar plexus.
Visualize this disc growing larger and fuller and brighter with every breath.
Place your hands on your solar plexus.
Feel the activation.
As your solar plexus is now opening,
Shift your awareness to the feeling of sunshine.
Sunshine is showering your body with a golden yellow light.
Feel the warmth,
Feel the comfort,
Feel content and fulfilled in this space.
As the sunshine is pouring over your body,
Your solar plexus only continues to grow.
In this moment,
Your body is pure light.
Find yourself in the most serene and most peaceful environment you can imagine,
Where you can be.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out a sigh of relief.
You can finally be yourself again.
This is the essence of your solar plexus chakra,
Personal power,
Confidence,
Authenticity.
Now as you continue to feel this sunshine,
As you continue to imagine yourself in this perfect environment,
I want you to bring your hands to the solar plexus once again.
Feel this passion,
This warmth swelling in your solar plexus chakra.
Hold on to this warmth a little longer.
What do you see?
What do you feel?
Pay attention to the sensations that arise in this space.
You are receiving messages and visions about the health and vitality of this chakra.
Are there any imbalances that have cleared today?
Are there any insights?
Listen to this space.
Let's come back into the physical body.
Let's wiggle our toes or fingers.
Maybe look around the room and let's just spend a few more moments for gratitude,
For showing up today,
For clearing blockages and allowing yourself to be vulnerable in your perfect serene environment today.
