Today we are going to be connecting with our heart to transmute pain into love.
We are releasing pain,
Fear,
Guilt,
Shame and judgment,
Simply because we love ourselves so much.
We are practicing self worth today as we suspend ourselves in the present moment,
Open and ready to face our fear and discover love.
Remembering that there is nothing within us that can hurt us.
Understanding that by pulling the negative energy closer,
You are able to see yourself and the world around you through the lens of love and understanding.
You begin to see the choices you have made in the past as simply the best decision you could have made at that time,
Given what you knew.
You begin to see the pain others have caused you through the lens of their own trauma.
Only in the present moment can love,
Forgiveness,
Compassion and gratitude exist.
Let's surrender to the present moment together by counting backwards from 5,
4,
3,
2,
1.
Allow your thoughts and emotions to flow naturally without altering or fighting.
There is no need to judge or change what is flowing within you now.
I know sometimes meditation can be difficult because of the challenging thoughts and emotions that surface within the silence and stillness.
But today those feelings are welcome.
Today we are going to surrender and let go of these challenging feelings.
Remembering whatever we resist persists.
By allowing these feelings to surface and be felt,
We are allowing them to flow so we can finally move forward.
So now welcome the thoughts and emotions that are surfacing within your experience,
Allowing them to be felt fully.
And a few moments in this space.
Become aware of your natural breathing pattern.
Allow your breath to pass in and out of your heart.
Visualizing your heart growing and glowing brighter with every breath.
Allow your pain to become engulfed by the glow of your heart.
Allow your heart to filter through all of your pain,
Transmuting it into even more love.
Notice the glow of your heart becoming larger,
Fuller and brighter.
Simply breathing into this space.
Living in navy.
Now what is this new feeling that you are experiencing?
Is it love,
Relief,
Peace or excitement?
How does it feel to be free from suffering?
How does it feel to feel compassion,
Gentleness and forgiveness for yourself?
I want you to feel this emotion for a few moments.
Continue breathing into your heart,
Continuing to discover the source of this emotion within your body.
Be present now for a few more moments.
I want you to smile as big as you can and say thank you to yourself.
Thank your pain for growing your capacity for love.
Thank your heart for harboring no judgment for your human experience in all of its ebb and flow.
Continue breathing and feeling the abundance of your love.
Let's take three deep breaths on the inhale,
Breathing in light and love and on the exhale,
Releasing all pain and judgment in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Now as you find your way back into your space,
I want you to repeat after me.
I love myself so much that I allow myself to feel safe,
Secure and grounded.
I love myself so much that I allow myself to feel peace.
I love myself so much that I allow myself to be happy.
