Go ahead and close your eyes.

Let's take three deep cleansing breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Find yourself in a comfortable position either seated or laying down.

Be sure to find symmetry in the body and your arms and legs and visualize a bright white light pouring down from the cosmos into the crown of your head,

Filling your entire body with light.

Feel the vibration,

The frequency of this light.

Feel the energy pulsing through your body.

To embody this light energy,

Place one hand on your sacral chakra and one hand on your heart and take three more deep breaths to truly absorb this light.

Whenever you feel safe and secure.

Find yourself in a well lit meadow.

This is the most beautiful meadow you have ever visited before in your life.

Full of flowers,

Golden sunlight,

Birds and butterflies.

Visualize this meadow as perfect as you can.

In the distance,

You begin to notice a bright white light opening from thin air.

This is a portal.

Today we are going to take a walk.

We are going to reality shift into your fullest potential,

Your highest self.

Begin to walk closer to this portal.

As you approach the portal,

Remember to breathe,

Relax and ground.

This is nothing you haven't experienced before.

For you are already your highest self.

Now that you have approached this portal,

Take a moment.

What do you see?

How do you look?

How do you act?

Follow yourself around for a full day.

What does your daily routine look like?

What does your home look like?

What does your career look like?

What do your interactions look like?

Spend as much time as you would like in this space.

Ys Slowly,

You are beginning to realize that this portal is a mirror.

You are your full potential.

You are your highest self.

You are what you seek.

What are you feeling called to do to begin taking action to step into alignment to embody your fullest potential now?

What are you being called to do in this moment?

Remember,

Every single day,

You have the power to change your entire life.
