Thank you so much for joining me today.

If you are experiencing anger or agitation in this moment,

Allow yourself to take three deep cleansing breaths with me.

Deep inhale through the nose and a long exhale out the mouth.

As we process our anger today,

We are transmuting feelings of powerlessness and struggle into higher vibrations of completely embodied peace.

Remembering that everything is a lesson,

How is your anger allowing you to grow your capacity for peace today?

How is your anger allowing you to release judgment,

Criticism,

And tension,

Growing your capacity for acceptance?

Whenever you are ready,

Place your left hand on your root chakra to receive healing and place your right hand on your third eye to facilitate healing.

Become mindful of your breathing.

Breathe through the emotions as you are channeling a higher wisdom from your third eye to heal your root chakra.

If you find your mind wandering,

Simply bring your awareness back to the breath.

In this moment,

You are experiencing presence.

You are safe.

You are supported.

You are peace.

Whenever you're ready,

Move both of your hands to your heart chakra.

Feel the love you hold for yourself,

The compassion,

The peace and forgiveness.

With your hands still on your heart,

Repeat after me.

It is safe for me to vibrate at a frequency higher than anger.

It is safe for me to experience peace and love in this moment.

It is safe for me to soften my energy.

How do you feel?

Let's close our practice with three deep grounding breaths.

Deep inhale through the nose,

Long exhale out the mouth.

Allow yourself to stay in the space as long as you would like.
