Thank you so much for joining me for today's guided meditation.
Whenever you're ready,
You can go ahead and close your eyes.
Find yourself in a comfortable position either seated or laying down.
Being sure to find symmetry in the body and the arms and legs.
And I want you to meet me with three deep breaths,
Breathing in through the nose and holding at the top for 5,
4,
3,
2,
1,
Releasing.
And then repeating the cycle of breath two more times,
Breathing in through the nose,
Holding at the top for 5,
And releasing.
I want you to set an intention for your practice today.
This is a commitment to yourself.
It is only for you to know and be aware of.
I want you to ask yourself,
What does my body need today?
What does my mind need today?
What does my soul need today?
And if you're unsure about what you need,
Ask yourself,
What do I want?
Oftentimes,
What we want and what we need are one and the same.
What does your soul,
Your body and your mind desire in this moment?
Set your intention now.
Now I want you to focus on your heart space,
The center of your chest.
Feeling this space,
Breathing into this space,
Maybe even placing your hands on this space.
And while you're focusing on the heart,
I want you to think of something either you are grateful for something or someone you love,
Or something or someone you find beautiful.
Building on the energy of love,
Beauty and gratitude.
I want you to view a light.
Beaming from your chest,
Your heart center is growing and glowing with light.
And as you think about this thing that you are grateful for this thing that you love this thing that you find beautiful.
With every thought every visualization every breath.
This light is growing larger and larger,
Fuller and brighter until it is encompassing your entire body.
Now notice how this light makes you feel.
Do you feel safe and protected.
Do you feel happy.
Do you feel beautiful.
Do you feel peace.
Notice how this light makes you feel.
What color light did you visualize.
Whenever you need to hone in on this feeling this vibrational frequency.
Just feeling into those emotions.
