Find your straight spine.
Take a deep breath in.
Take a deep breath out through the mouth.
And feel the heart area,
Even if you don't touch it,
Feel the heart.
And acknowledge that you are connected to something that is invisible to others.
You are connected to the feelings and sensations in your body.
You are connected to something no one knows and sees because it's in you.
And give yourself permission for this.
Sometimes you don't need to think.
You just listen.
Sometimes for an answer you don't need to think.
As the sage,
You can just listen and know.
Sometimes you don't need to analyze.
You can just sense.
Sometimes you don't wait for an answer someone gives you.
Sometimes you just wait for the deeper current.
And you see where that current leads and you feel it.
Acknowledge that.
You don't need to prove anything.
You don't need to expend energy endlessly.
You can just feel.
And that brings you into the realm of playfulness,
Of lightness.
Of knowing.
Of healing.
And being in your endless strength.
Your strength.
Is how much you feel your body and your senses.
So put your hand down,
Relax your body,
And just feel the forehead.
Feel the energy running through your face.
Feel the shoulders.
Feel your chest.
Feel your belly.
Feel your thighs.
Feel your legs.
Feel your whole body.
And acknowledge that this is your source of wisdom and information on this earth.
You are here to listen.
You are here to feel.
Take another deep breath in.
Take a full breath out.
And opening your eyes.
