Thanksgiving meditation if you think your family is crazy. Close your eyes. I accept and affirm that my family is crazy. I accept and affirm that I chose this family and my soul wanted this experience. I accept and affirm that maybe this family is an expression of my bad karma. I needed to live it out somehow. I accept and affirm that the world needs every kind of person and I release everyone of expectations. I accept and I affirm that everyone walks their path and I don't need to tell any adult what they need to do. I accept and affirm that I get to choose who I spend Thanksgiving with. I accept and affirm that I can treat myself well and with kindness in any situation. I accept and affirm that it is awesome to be an adult because I can give love and receive love endlessly and there's no specific person who needs to give love to me. And I accept and affirm that if I'm alive, My grandparents, My parents did something wonderful. They allowed me to be alive. So I am grateful to this family even if my family is totally crazy.
