Take a deep breath in,
Take a deep breath out through the mouth,
Close your eyes,
Find your breath,
And say,
I have the right to protect my boundaries.
Say for yourself in your mind,
I have the right to protect my boundaries.
I have the right to be kind to myself always.
I have the right to protect my energy and my well-being.
I have the right to express all my emotions.
I choose to follow my heart.
I can make mistakes and still be kind to myself and still care for myself.
I choose to be around people I love.
As an act of self-compassion,
I choose to stay away from things that drain my peace.
Sometimes I choose to say no and sometimes I choose to say yes.
I say no when my body and heart say no.
I say yes when my heart and body say yes.
I choose to accept myself.
I choose to feel authentic.
I choose to welcome this energy that runs through me and tune into every feeling in my body.
I choose to feel my full strength.
Saying to yourself,
I welcome my calm and I welcome my agitation.
I welcome my gentleness and I welcome my aggression.
I welcome my courage and I welcome my fears.
I welcome my joy and I welcome my pain.
I live every emotion fully.
I find my strength in every emotion.
I find my true self in every emotion.
I find new parts of myself in every emotion.
I connect to myself in every emotion.
