As an act of self-compassion,

Bring your awareness back to the feeling of the breath.

And now imagine for a few moments that you are an all-powerful goddess sitting here.
Let yourself imagine for a few moments that you are a goddess with endless freedom,
Endless power.
Majestic,
Divine.
At ease.
With full connection to your strength.
What would you look like?

Just very practically,
Where are you as a goddess sitting here?
What is around you?
You as a strong,
All-powerful goddess.
So at ease with herself.
Build that image in your mind,
Whatever comes to you.
You are a woman,
And you are a goddess.
And now as a goddess,
Imagine that you are endlessly self-compassionate.
How would that feel?
You are a goddess.
You are worthy.
You are so at ease with your own strength.
You are connected to yourself.
You let yourself be as you are.
You have great inner strength.
Vast,
Centered inner strength.
You also have a commitment to being kind and supportive to yourself.
You know how valuable your energies are.
You know how valuable your creativity is.
You have a commitment to be true to your inner core in every situation.
What is that like for you?
You are strong.
You are connected.
You are a goddess.
Holding that image,
That version of you in your mind.
And what are the other qualities you have?
Give yourself any other qualities you choose that feel true for you.
And recite these phrases.
I am a woman.
I am both human and divine.
I am a woman.
I feel my deep reserve of strength.
I am a woman.
I connect to myself first.
Put a hand on your heart or on your chest and say,
I am a woman.
I have in me all the power of the universe.
I am a woman.
I love and care for myself as I am.
All my feelings are welcome.
I treasure my heart and my body and my mind.
I am a woman.
I am self-compassionate.
I am a woman.
I have every resource I need inside me.
I feel this beating heart.
I am a woman.
I am authentic.
I can be true to myself moment to moment.
I can be true to myself in every moment.
I am a woman.
I choose to be fully alive.
And now feel that beating heart.
Feel that energy,
That immense energy inside you.
Enough energy to be a creative force in the universe.
And now thank yourself for having done this practice.
Thank yourself for building the image of the goddess,
For connecting to the goddess in you,
For asking important questions,
And for connecting to the part of you that is connected and divine.
Let your hands rest back down on your lap.
Feel the hands connected to each other and feel the warmth and the energy in the hands.
Feel your feet connected to the earth,
Firmly planted on this earth.
Your heart beating,
Your breath running through your body,
Your potential endless.
Thanking this earth for this aliveness,
