Do this meditation to get clarity on your intention. We begin the practice by centering through the breath, softening into the body, and finding alignment in stillness. With one hand over the heart, you’ll be reminded that your joy, clarity, and peace naturally ripple outward to others. Your clarity and self-compassion are a gift to the world! Through gentle affirmations and presence, this meditation helps you reconnect with your intentions, cultivate kindness toward yourself, and expand that well-being to all beings.

So find your comfortable seats,

Take a deep breath in,

Take a deep breath out through the mouth,

Let your shoulders drop,

Let your chest be buoyant,

Align your spine,

Place one hand inside the other,

Lean back against your chair,

Put everything down,

Honoring the practice,

First turn your awareness to your breath,

Just notice how the breath feels,

Return to the breath each time your mind wanders,

Keeping the rhythm of your breath as it is,

Coming back to the breath again and again,

This activates your prefrontal cortex,

Returning to that feeling of the breath over and over again,

And now put a hand on your heart,

And for a moment just let the hand go up and down with the breath,

Let the hand ride the breath,

And now acknowledge that anything that is good for you is good for the entire world,

Anything that gives you joy,

Fulfillment and meaning,

Gives joy,

Fulfillment,

Meaning to more people than just you,

Acknowledging that the more joy I feel,

The more joy I spread,

The more ease I feel,

The more ease I spread,

In any situation,

Even a difficult situation,

I can stay connected to what my intentions are,

In any situation,

I can be deeply on my own side,

May I always be kind to myself,

May I always be healthy and safe,

May I feel that the universe is on my side through everything that happens to me,

May I always be clear about where I am moving,

What I am moving toward,

Feel your heart send those wishes,

And expanding out,

May all beings be happy and healthy,

May all beings feel safe and strong,

May I feel peace and joy,

May I feel so much peace and joy that I spread it to others,
