Let's find our seat of dignity,
Your seat of self-friendliness,
Your seat of generosity to yourself,
Your seat of awareness toward reality as it is your reality,
Tailored to you,
Curriculum perfectly tailored to you and your needs.
Leaning back against your seat fully if that feels comfortable.
Closing your eyes gently.
And bring that all-knowing,
That slightly playful,
That calm Buddha smile to your lips.
And asking yourself.
What would it be like to sit with acceptance?
What would it be like to sit with kindness and non-judgment to yourself?
Closing your eyes,
Asking yourself that question.
Allowing yourself to find that mindset of spaciousness and generosity towards yourself.
And with that,
Again,
Putting your hand to your heart.
Feeling the heart of this person that can be kind and accepting.
Toward oneself.
Feeling that that generosity is there at your heart.
And through that hand rising and falling.
Tuning into your heart.
Tuning into the heart through that motion and the chest of rising and falling.
Feeling into every bit of that movement.
Staying with that feeling of the breath.
Sending the wish,
May this heart be safe.
May this heart open to itself.
May this heart find beauty in the world.
And beauty in me.
May this heart open to itself.
And in this way.
Open to all other beings.
May I be happy.
May I be healthy.
May I find that resilient anchor.
May I be with myself fully.
Accept myself as I am.
In this moment.
Be with reality as it is in this moment.
May I keep this heart safe.
Feeling into all the warmth that's there.
And if it feels comfortable,
You can release your hand back down as we'll do a mini gratitude practice.
So thank yourself,
Truly thank yourself for being here today,
For coming today,
For meditating.
Or maybe trying on new ideas,
New practices.
Thank your body and your mind and your heart.
For engaging.
Thank yourself for this ability of presence.
Thank yourself for being present.
And we end with gratitude for the practices themselves.
The space we practice in.
And so much gratitude to those who practice with us.
Honoring their hearts,
Honoring their intentions.
