Welcome into this moment,

Allow yourself to really land,

Turning inward slowly by closing your eyes if you'd like.

Maybe place a hand or two right over your heart,

Breathe in,

Exhale as you drop into your heart,

As our home to our intuition,

Our knowing.

You,

My friend,

Can be guided by your heart,

You can stop the external searching,

The need for external validation,

Return to your heart and be guided by you.

Allow yourself to really sink into you,

With every breath you take,

Feel the outer world fade away as you drift gently closer to your inner world,

Your heart,

Gently pulling your awareness inward,

Deeper and deeper,

Instead of reaching outward,

Reach within,

Are you listening?

Are you paying attention?

Checking in here,

Asking yourself what is the most important thing my body is telling me right now?

What do I need more of and less of today?

Breathe and allow the answers to gently come to your heart.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Asking yourself for clarity,

To be guided in any decision you need to make.

Which option feels lighter in your body?

Which feels heavier?

What do I already know deep down,

Even if my mind is doubting it?

Asking yourself where am I ignoring my intuition and why?

Hold space here for yourself as you ask yourself a question that you are desperate to be guided on.

Breathe with whatever came up for you,

Inhale,

What a gift it is to have you to support you,

To be your greatest resource,

Your greatest guide,

You are the one you've been searching for.

Steady breath in,

Big sigh,

Exhale,

Just be in the quiet of your mind and allow any other guidance to come forward.

Bring awareness back into the room you're in,

Let this process be slow,

Reawakening your body,

Coming back to your surroundings,

Slowly opening your eyes if they were closed,

Maybe finding a soft smile knowing that you've always got you,

What a gift that is.
