Welcome to this moment my friend,
If you'd like you can close your eyes and give yourself the gift of slowing down your breath.
Steady inhale,
Steady exhale.
Breathing in slowly,
Breathing out slower.
Starting to let go in body.
Releasing the tension in your jaw.
Soften your neck.
Drop the shoulders down.
Feel the weight of your lower body.
Really let yourself be held.
Bring into your mind's awareness something that you need to let go of,
That you know doesn't serve you.
Maybe it's a story you're telling yourself or a belief that's not yours to keep and hold on to.
Maybe there's many things you want to let go of.
For now my friend,
Just pick one.
Using our breath we will release the energy of whatever you're letting go of.
We'll breathe in short inhales and then exhale to release and let go.
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale,
Inhale.
Keep filling up.
One more inhale.
Let it all go.
Inhale,

Inhale.
Maybe one more sip of air.
Release it all.
Inhale,
A couple more sips.
Feel what no longer is serving you.
Release from your body.
Keep your intention close.
This is yours.
Maybe three to five short inhales and then a long exhale.
Really lengthening the exhale to release,
To free yourself from the weight of what no longer serves you.
Only when you're ready,
Take a normal inhale and exhale.
Notice if you feel a little bit lighter energetically.
Maybe it's subtle and that's okay.
Be proud of yourself for choosing to let go and know that we do have to make a conscious effort.
