Transcript

Set a specific personal time for your morning and evening meditation for tomorrow.

Look at your availability and choose a time when you won't be disturbed.

It's best to keep it the same every day,

For example 4.

30am for the morning and 6pm for the evening.

It's crucial that the morning meditation starts truly in the morning.

The earlier,

The better,

Right after waking up,

No later than 7am.

The evening meditation should be completed no later than 9pm and preferably not on a full stomach.

I recommend having your last meal 3-4 hours before meditation,

Otherwise it will be difficult to meditate.
