Hello and welcome.
I am honored to be in this moment with you to guide you into a very deep state of physical and mental relaxation.
To ensure that you're not distracted by anyone or any nearby device,
I'd like to invite you to set all electronics aside,
Close any doors,
Turn on that do not disturb and invite yourself into a quiet space that is fully and completely about you.
To begin,
Let's get into a comfortable,
Easy position,
Perhaps with your favorite pillow or under a blanket,
Inviting yourself to welcome in a gentle,
Soothing breath.
This time right here,
Right now is all about you.
In this moment,
Nobody needs you.
You have nowhere to go and nowhere to be.
Let's just be grateful for this experience right here,
Right now,
And that you're choosing to take this moment exclusively for yourself.
This is an occasion of rest and relaxation.
This experience is here to nourish you from the inside out.
You like to invite in a gentle,
Loving,
Self-havening touch.
Please do so now.
Face arms or hands in any order,
Or even gently rest your hand on your heart space,
Moving into deeper connection with your very beingness.
You deserve this break from the busy world around you.
You know how you make time to see your friends and your family.
Are you set aside the moments to ensure you get your tasks done at work or in the house?
Well,
On this occasion,
This is the time you have made to be with you.
Let's bring our awareness to the fact that each moment that passes by is a part of your life experience.
It is here and it is now,
And then it goes,
Becoming only a memory.
As humans,
We have a tendency to want things to be different from how we are experiencing them right now.
And in this moment,
Let's release those wants and invite in the opportunity for things to be exactly how they are.
Let's invite in a gentle breath,
The count of four,
Three,
Two,
One,
And slowly release the six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
And one more easy loving breath to four,
Three,
Two,
One,
And release to six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Returning your breath to its normal gentle loving cadence,
Experience the opportunity of letting yourself be exactly how you are in this moment.
There is no right way to feel just as there is no wrong way to feel.
Things are simply feelings,
But the moments flicker past.
So we invite our feelings to simply move past,
Giving us information and then easing away.
Acknowledge any feelings that are arising in this moment and then deepen your relationship with them and notice any sensations that come along with those feelings.
And then release.
Beautiful.
I'd like to invite you to allow your arms to start to feel heavy at your sides.
That's what your fingertips are touching right now.
Invite your fingers to gently dance upon the air or the fabric or the ground that they are connected to in this moment,
Wiggling gently.
And noticing each finger,
You notice your thumb,
Your pointer finger,
And then about that middle finger and gently bounce it off your thumb.
Notice the ring fingers,
Are there rings upon it?
And finally,
Let's welcome in our pinky.
We'll after tuning in to the areas of our mind and our body that are so easily forgotten about invites awareness to the present moment.
And let's return our attention to our breath.
It's time simply following it.
Don't change anything.
Everything as you breathe in,
Your chest that rises or your belly.
And if it is your chest,
I invite you to deepen your breath and invite your belly to expand as you inhale.
Breathe just like a tiny baby when they breathe deeply into the belly,
Expanding and releasing.
This is our most natural way to breathe.
And now let's turn our attention to our toes.
And just like before,
Notice each one.
What does the big toe feel like as it wiggles back and forth?
Is it touching anything?
Does it connect to the other toes?
Exhaling the toes and noticing the nuances of each one.
And then with one deep belly breath,
Invite that breath to expand all the way down to those toes,
Expanding your toes.
And then as you exhale,
Allowing your legs to become heavy and deeply relaxed.
And notice again the chance will rise and fall on your belly,
Inviting your consciousness to expand to the deep relaxation in your arms and your legs.
And imagining that your mind and body is breathing as one connected beautiful empathy.
Exhaling in and exhaling out.
And as we breathe back in,
Invite your beautiful imagination to witness that your breath is now expanding up to your mind,
Cleansing oxygen filling your mouth,
Nose,
Your eyes and your ears,
And breathing out any experiences of tension.
Inhaling in again into all the tiny areas of your brain,
Restoring your mind,
Rejuvenating your spirit,
And exhaling as your mind becomes more open and relaxed than it has ever been before.
Very good.
Whatever feelings you are having right now,
Simply invite them to just be noticing and releasing as though you're an observer sitting on a beautiful beach,
Watching the waves roll in each new sensation and then carrying it away from you as they return the beautiful and powerful ocean in front of you.
As you participate in loving meditation,
Your body is accessing its natural healing capacity.
And there is nothing for you to do in this moment to gently breathe in and invite your very beingness to do what it loves to do most,
To be relaxed,
Calm,
And soothed.
And again,
With another gentle breath in,
Inviting yourself into an even deeper state of relaxation and imagining the warmth of the sun shining down upon your beingness,
Warming your skin,
Soothing away as you exhale any remaining tension,
And letting go whatever needs to be released as you welcome in your very own beautiful healing breath.
As we return now to this moment,
Place a gentle hand on your heart and thank your mind and your body for welcoming in and setting aside the time to prioritize you right here,
Right now.
Invite that gratitude to expand across your very beingness from the tippy top of your head down to the tippy toes of your toes and be thankful for the choice to be in such a state of loving healing with yourself right here,
Right now.
