Meditations,
Beginners Intentions.
Find a comfortable place where you can sit on a chair or on the ground or simply lay down.
Close your eyes and intend to relax,
Telling your body,
Your mind and your heart to rest for now.
Allowing for any physical sensations,
Thoughts and emotions that come through you to dissolve as you relax through it.
Focusing on your breath,
Lengthening it,
Slowing it down,
Feeling more and more relaxed with each and every breath.
Now imagine yourself stepping inside the space of your heart,
Feeling whatever you feel inside your heart right now.
Connecting to yourself,
Connecting to the things,
The feelings that you want to experience in your life.
What are your intentions for your life?
What are the experiences that you want to have?
Why do you want to have certain experiences?
And if you have these experiences,
How will they make you feel?
Think about three intentions you have for yourself and remaining in the space of your heart,
Feel how you feel about each one of them,
How each one makes you feel.
What is the feeling that you are seeking through this experience?
Is it happiness?
Is it excitement?
Is it feeling loved?
Is it feeling accepted,
Feeling wanted,
Feeling at peace?
What is it that you feel in your heart when you have that experience?
Focus on that.
As you focus on the feelings,
On the emotions that come up,
Feel your heart becoming more open.
Feel this space warm,
Expanded,
As you look from inside your heart and feel what you feel there.
Now from this space in your heart,
Intend for four wishes to happen in your life naturally,
Effortlessly.
Tell yourself,
May I be happy,
May I be healthy,
May I live with ease,
May I be free of dangers.
Allow for those four phrases,
Those four wishes to repeat mentally again and again,
Wishing those four things for yourself.
And from the space of your heart,
Feeling how your heart feels when you wish to be happy,
Healthy,
To live with ease and without danger.
See how relaxed your body becomes,
How quiet your mind becomes.
Feeling relaxed,
Open and quiet.
Slowly begin to come back,
Gently deepening your breath,
Keeping these wishes and your intentions in your heart.
Gently wiggling your fingers and your toes and gently opening your eyes.
