So just make yourself nice and comfortable and just adjust your body,
Adjust into whatever your lying or sitting upon.
Feel how comfortable your body is and feel how wonderful your body is.
It moves you around this life,
It goes everywhere with you,
It is the physical manifestation of your soul and it is the most perfect body for what you need to do this life.
Consider your body and the choices that you make,
Be impeccable with what you put into your body and that not only includes food and drink but that includes what you think,
What you listen to,
What you watch,
Be impeccable and only focus on things that give you joy,
That are a part of your purpose,
That are helping you to move forward in your life.
It doesn't mean that you can't experience contrast but when you are experiencing difficult situations allow yourself to be present,
To be fully present in the moment and just as a little reminder of what presence feels like,
Of what being in the now feels like,
It is now and now and now,
It is being in the flow,
In the zone and you will move out of that when you begin to attach to any thoughts that you have,
When you follow those thoughts into the future or into the past.
As soon as you connect to a thought,
Another thought will connect to it and a momentum will build and you have just now moved yourself out of the present moment.
You are either in the past or in the future and so when we are talking about being in the now,
That's what that means,
That's what it is to feel that,
It's unconditional and it is where your power lies,
It is where your empowerment is and it is where all of your dreams and desires are.
Bring your focus to your breath and just breathe in and out.
Use the breath as a focus to be fully present right now.
As you breathe in,
Just draw your awareness within and as you breathe out,
Just gently,
Gently let go,
Surrender.
Surrender all things you no longer need,
All of the things that are irking you,
Upsetting you,
Annoying you,
Just let them all just gently slip away and as you breathe in,
Just draw your awareness deeper within.
Moving away from the outside world into your inner world and as you breathe out,
Just breathe out anything that holds you away from your inner peace because it's not your stuff,
It's somebody else's.
It's conclusions that you've come to,
It's beliefs that you've been told to think but they all hold you away from you,
From your inner peace and your truth.
This is a time to practice coming back to your centre so that you can do it more and more in your waking life and feel empowered.
Find your power and live your dreams and your desires.
Breathing in and breathing out,
The breath of life,
Each breath gives life to your body,
Allows your soul to experience,
To look out through every cell within your body and experience this most magnificent life.
Gently breathe in and breathe out.

Right now and when you feel ready,
