Welcome to expand your intuition meditation.
Find a quiet space to sit or lie down.
Place your hands on your lap or your knees.
If you are lying down,
Place your arms beside you,
Palms facing up or down.
Adjust your body and find the most comfortable position.
Gently close your eyes.
The act of closing your eyes will move you to your inner world,
Allowing you to let go of the distractions of the outside world.
Become aware and sense your body.
Relax your shoulders,
Feeling them drop downward.
Relax your jaw and begin to slow down your breathing.
Breathe deeply and slowly.
Keep breathing deeply until every part of you is relaxed and now allow your breath to fall into its own natural rhythm.
Feel your body relax even more as you let go of the outside world and gently move to your inside world.
Feel how relaxed and peaceful you are.
Trust and believe in what you are feeling.
Trust your senses,
Your intuition.
Imagine you are walking down a flight of stairs to a beautiful crystal cave.
You are standing in front of a luminous,
Amethyst crystal cave.
All shades of purple,
Lilac,
Mauve and violet emanate from your cave.
Bouncing off the walls,
Causing shapes and reflections that draw you deeper inward.
Step into your cave and immediately feel a shift within your soul.
Your amethyst cave knows only your truth and feels only love.
Here is your most fundamental nature.
It is what you truly are.
Sit in your cave and allow violet light to shine and illuminate all layers and levels of your nature.
Surrender all that has brought you to this moment.
Let go of your education,
All that you think that you know,
So that you can become wise.
In your beautiful cave,
Allow yourself to unfold,
Discover,
Love,
Begin,
Create.
Allow yourself to be free.
You seem to sink deeper into your cave and you feel yourself floating on a shimmering violet purple lake.
Above you,
The roof has opened to reveal gold and silver stars,
Twinkling,
Glittering.
Through the stars,
You see a single beam of silver light and it is moving toward you.
It flows from the silvery moon,
Where the goddess resides,
The feminine,
Steeped in feeling,
Knowing,
Creativity.
Love and psychic energy,
This single beam of silver light gently touches you at your third eye.
Your third eye chakra is that place between your eyebrows.
Silver light enters and fills up your third eye and your inner eye expands,
Begins to wake up.
Your beautiful mystical eye sees into places that your physical eyes can't.
It looks deeper and further into you and it looks past the superficial into the heart of all.
Allow your consciousness to expand,
Open up to all possibilities.
The silver light of the goddess heals,
Cleanses and awakens your true essence.
And allow this silver light and your inner sight to flow now into your heart,
Where you can fully feel the knowing of you.
Floating on your shimmering violet purple lake,
You now notice a single beam of golden light moving towards you.
This golden light flows through the stars from the sun,
Where the god resides,
The masculine,
Steeped in strength to move forward,
Make things grow.
To bring things out into the open and shine for all to see,
To manifest into the physical world.
This golden light gently touches and connects with your solar plexus chakra just below your heart.
Feel it flow into you.
Step into your power.
Feel all masks melting away,
Revealing the true essence of you.
Shine for all to see.
Let all be revealed.
Own your life and make it happen.
This beautiful golden light moves upward now into your heart.
It flows in and meets the silver light,
The masculine and feminine parts of yourself.
They come together to create your intuitive wisdom.
You are wise and you are intuitive.
Floating in your beautiful cave through the stars.
Imagine that you see your future self.
And now imagine that you move forward even further so that you are looking back at your future self.
See that you are living all of your dreams and desires.
Everything you have ever wanted has been created and you are living it.
Feel how satisfying,
Magical and wonderful this feels.
Begin to feel that feeling whenever you want to.
Become it.
Be it.
And you will live it.
Now that you know all that you desire and more is on its way.
Relax.
Relax into your life.
Enjoy.
Have fun.
There is nothing to fix.
There is nothing to do.
There is just being in the moment.
That will bring inspired action to take.
Gently bring your awareness back to your breath.
Breathe in violet light and breathe out violet light.
It is time to leave your cave and move up the stairs one at a time.
With each step,
Feel yourself moving closer and closer to the physical world.
Bringing with you all that you have just experienced.
In your own time,
Call all parts of yourself back to this moment.
To this place.
Open your eyes.
All three of them.
And see your world through crystal clear eyes.
