Your guides,
Your angels or your light beings,
Your loved ones will come to you today in a way that will be right for you.
It will be different for every person as we are all individuals.
You may view them as a color,
As a feeling,
A thought or you may even see them in your mind's eye.
No expectations,
Open your heart and your mind to receive whatever will come and know it will be right for you.
This is a subtle process,
It may not be so obvious at first as often we are waiting for bells and whistles to go off but you will know,
Trust and have faith that whatever you experience will be for you,
It will be wonderful and it will help you to know you.
So just gently close your eyes and bring your focus to your breath.
Take a deep breath in and just feel it flow all the way down deep,
Deep into your abdomen.
Hold it and just gently exhale,
Breathe out and allow all your breath to flow from you.
And just take another deep breath in,
Take it all the way down deep,
Deep,
Hold it.
And then just gently breathe out,
Breathing out all of that air.
With each breath,
You feel yourself beginning to just let go and relax.
Allowing any thoughts or troubles to just gently flow from your mind.
Knowing this is a very special time for you.
Feel the breath of life just flowing,
Nourishing and healing as it relaxes and calms you.
Flowing in and flowing out.
Feel each breath become longer,
Even,
Calm,
Slowing down.
Breathe in the breath of life and breathe out all things you no longer need.
Let go of the worries,
The fears,
Anxieties,
Let them all go,
For they're not you.
And imagine now that the room is filling with a beautiful crystal white light.
This is the light of your higher self,
The heart of the universe,
The source.
And imagine that this light is just pouring into the room from the corners,
It's like a gentle mist,
Moving around you,
Illuminating everything in the room with a beautiful soft crystal hue,
Illuminating you.
This light is always around you and right now you have closed your eyes and let go of the outside world and you're moving your awareness inward.
And as you do that you open your psychic senses,
Which allow you to become aware of your higher self,
Of other energies within you and around you.
Breathing into the wonderment of life,
Your consciousness is expanding,
Becoming more.
And as you do you feel your heart begin to open,
Your energetic heart,
That place in the middle of your chest,
Your place of unconditional love.
Let it open up like a flower blossoming one petal at a time.
Feel your higher self,
The light of your higher self,
Shining down upon your beautiful flower as it begins to open.
And as each petal unfurls,
It releases an old hurt,
A hardness,
Old emotions,
Anything that you may have been holding deep within you.
Allow it all to just gently,
Gently float away.
You feel so relaxed and safe,
Surrounded by your light,
Surrounded by love.
Feel your heart opening up fully,
Feel it expanding,
Expanding to more of you and to all possibilities.
You feel so relaxed and so calm,

Take your focus into the middle of your heart,
Into the middle of that flower.
Dive fully into your heart space and imagine that you are floating in a sea of love,
A sea of eternity,
Deep within your heart,
Within your flower of life.
And from this most wonderful space,
Take yourself to a beautiful place in nature.
Imagine that you are in an enchanted,
Magical forest,
Deep,
Deep within you.
You sense a beautiful energy moving around you,
Becoming stronger and stronger.
You look around you in this beautiful,
Magical forest and you sense the majesty of the ancient trees and the wisdom that is flowing from them.
You crane your neck to look at the canopy at the top of the trees.
You feel the dappled sun on your face as it shines through the leaves and the branches.
You feel a gentle breeze brush past you.
Breathe in the earthiness of this forest and as you breathe in the essence of Mother Earth,
You begin to feel more and more grounded,
Connected to all things,
Fully connected to every part of you.
You are so strong.
You have so much knowing and wisdom and beauty.
You look down at your feet and are surprised to find yourself standing on a path that seems to glitter gold and silver all at the same time.
Set into the path are many different coloured precious stones and crystals.
It feels very special,
Like this is a path just for you.
It is your path,
Your pathway of life.
You look at where the path is going and it sprawls out in front of you and you wonder where it leads.
As you are wondering,
As you are pondering,
You see and feel something in the distance moving towards you.
You have a sense,
A knowing that it is an animal coming towards you.
This is your animal totem,
Your animal guide and you sense the excitement of your animal because it is so excited to meet you today.
And again,
Your animal is always around you,
Loving and protecting you.
You may have more than one animal and just know that they represent the instinctual part of you.
Your animal is here today,
All animals,
To lead you to a very special place,
To meet your guides,
Your angels,
Your loved ones,
Light beams and your animal pads next to you,
Sometimes jumping and running around like an excited child.
Have fun with your animal as you follow,
As you follow him along the glittering path,
As it meanders through the forest.
As you move through the enchanted forest,
You start to sense that eyes are upon you.
As you look around,
You notice all the creatures that live in this magnificent place.
They begin to creep out tentatively and only when they feel safe,
Do these wonderful creatures make themselves known.
All around you,
You see the animals and the elementals,
The flittering fairies,
The mischievous elves,
Maybe gnomes who guard buried treasure,
Your buried treasure,
The mythical salamanders,
The reptiles who live in fire,
The sliths who are tiny white sparks flying around you like your orbs and the stunning female water spirits called undines.
And you also notice tall,
Elongated,
Translucent light beams.
These are divas who are guardians of the forest,
Of large trees,
Of climate and seasons.
You may even notice a unicorn or two,
The phoenix.
All things are possible here.
All things are relevant.
All become signs and symbols that point you in the direction of your heart and your truth.
Believe what you feel and see as your perception of your truth.
Be it.
Feel the wonder and the magic begin to creep into your life again.
You round a corner on your path and are greeted by a magnificent castle that glows white.
And around it is a moat.
As you move closer,
You notice the water flowing around the castle is a violet purple colour.
Telepathically,
Your animal guide tells you it contains the violet flame.
And the violet flame is a transformative flame.
It's a cool flame that transforms anything that you throw into it into love.
And your animal is telling you that you'll need to throw anything into the moat that you no longer need today.
And now it will be transformed into love.
So you stand at the banks of this moat.
And you throw all things that no longer serve you.
Fears,
Worries,
Anxieties.
Forgive yourself and others.
Whatever it is that you want to throw into this place.
Whatever it is that you want to offload today.
And it might just be a feeling of uneasiness,
Fear or procrastination.
Whatever it is,
Just throw it in now.
You can throw in as much as you want.
The drawbridge of your castle starts to descend now.
Giving you a way into the castle.
Your animal telepathically tells you the key to opening the drawbridge is for you to take no emotional or physical baggage with you.
To go into this place from a light and loving place.
Your animal has taken you as far as he can now.
The rest is up to you.
Your animal reminds you is always there for you.
And is always around you.
All you need to do is believe.
And your animal now bids you farewell and runs off into the forest.
You walk across the drawbridge.
And you look at the violet water of life flowing underneath you.
In front of you is a huge ornate wooden door.
You knock with the huge brass knocker.
And you have a sense of something amazing is happening.
You know when the door opens,
A guide or an angel or a light being or a loved one will be standing there.
The door begins to slowly open.
And as the door fully opens,
In front of you stands a part of your higher self.
A guide or an angel or a light being or loved one,
Whatever form that they are presenting themselves to you today.
You're invited in.
And you move inside.
And you feel a safe,
Calm and peaceful feeling flow around you and within you.
You are guided to a chair.
Sitting next to the fireplace where a warm fire is roaring.
And your guide or guides,
Angels,
Light beings or loved ones,
One or many of them,
Sit opposite you.
You feel so much love flowing from them.
You feel at peace and at ease with yourself and all things.
And you may like to take this opportunity to ask question or questions,
To talk or maybe just to sit in this wonderful energy.

And you begin to feel yourself connecting to the breath of life,

Flowing out of your heart space,
Filling up your physical body.
You feel the essence of you moving from your heart,
Pouring into every cell within your body.
As you become more and more of you,

Moving all the way to the top of your head and all the way down to the tips of your toes and tips of your fingers.
Be filled with the beautiful essence of you,

And feel that beautiful crystal white light surrounding your heart and surrounding you.
This light is a shield around your heart so there is no need for you to protect your heart.

See the world with an open heart.
Hear the world with your open heart.
And feel the world with your open heart.
It is safe for you to do so.
You are filled with the essence and the soul of you and you are surrounded by the essence of your soul and your higher self,
That beautiful light.

And with each breath that you are taking,
Begin to feel yourself moving more and more into the physical world,
Bringing your awareness to your breath and to your body.
Be at one with the magnificence of you,
Of your physical body.
And maybe this is the only place in the universe that we can feel through our five physical senses.

To touch,

To hear and taste all the experiences.

As you begin to move more and more into the physical world,
Bringing with you all of the experiences that you've just had,
Maybe bring to mind the things that you are grateful for in this life.
Let them come to the forefront of your mind.
You chose this body,
This life and it is the most perfect body for what you need to do this life.
Cherish its beauty and its wonderment.
Call all parts of yourself back to this moment,
To this place.
Be fully present in the beauty of you.
Feeling your mind,
Your body and your spirit in complete alignment.
And when you feel ready,
Open your eyes and smile.
And know that you are always loved.
