And when you've made yourself nice and comfortable,

Just gently close your eyes and open your heart.

And feel all the love that comes from your heart.

Allow the energy of these words to illuminate the love within you.

Relax.

Let go.

Be surrounded by light.

Feel the light of you within you.

And let us forget everything that we have learned in our lives so that you can connect to your wisdom.

This is the beginning of a new understanding,

A new dream.

The dream you are living is your creation.

It is your perception of reality,

And you can change it at any time.

You have the power to create hell,

And you have the power to create heaven.

Why not dream a different dream?

Why not use your imagination and emotions to create heaven on earth?

Imagine you have the ability to see the world through different eyes whenever you choose.

And each time you open your eyes,

You see the world around you in new ways,

Different ways.

Feel yourself growing calmer and more peaceful.

And in some way,

All of your energy is coming together into a feeling of completeness and wholeness,

As if you have access to more parts of your being right now in this moment.

It's like a door being opened,

Wide open,

For you to access more parts of your being,

For you to become more aware of your true identity as a soul,

As a divine consciousness with a purpose.

And so sense in some way your innermost self becoming more visible to you right now.

Perhaps you sense it as a light within you that is growing brighter,

Or an increasing sense of peace,

Relaxation,

Calmness.

Perhaps you notice a change in your breathing,

A new letting go,

A new opening.

Somewhere deep within you,

Something is waking up.

More light,

More love,

More wisdom and understanding are coming to the surface to be expressed through your words,

Through your thoughts,

Your beliefs and your emotions.

No matter how many times you have opened to new light,

There is even more light,

More opportunity,

More consciousness that awaits you.

So if you are ready to go to your next level of expansion,

To express who you truly are,

Your innermost self,

Let's set this as your intention right now.

And if you are here,

You are ready.

Let us share a dream,

A dream of a new way,

Of a different way of being in this world.

Take yourself to your sacred place,

Your sacred temple that resides within you.

A point of non-resistance,

A soft spot,

A soft place where you allow all to be as it is.

In your mind's eye,

Imagine you are standing in a beautiful place deep within you.

It is a magnificently sunny day.

You hear the birds,

You feel the wind as it just gently moves past you.

And you hear water running like a babbling brook,

A small river.

And just walk down to this river.

And as you do,

You notice an old person meditating on the banks of the river.

You notice around the head is light,

An aura of light filled with many colours,

Mesmerising and beautiful.

This person notices your presence and opens their eyes.

This person has the kind of eyes that are full of love and a big smile.

And they invite you to sit next to them.

As you sit down next to this older person,

And whether you see this person as a male or a female,

As an angel or a light being or a loved one that may have passed,

That is how you will see them today.

You sit down and you feel the most wonderful presence of easiness,

Relief,

Waves of warmth and love that are just flowing over you.

And you feel yourself relaxing even more,

Relaxing into the beauty of you.

You ask this person who they are.

I am one of your loving guides,

The one that you need today,

The one that you asked for.

You might think to yourself,

I don't remember asking for a guide today.

The guide smiles at you and says,

If you are here,

You asked for direction or answers to something.

I am you.

I am the larger you,

The higher you,

But you all the same.

I need today to point you in the direction of your heart.

As you look at your guide,

You ask your guide,

How does he radiate all that light?

Around his head.

And is it something that your guide can teach you?

Your guide tells you many years ago,

I asked the same question of my guide,

Of my higher self.

And now you are here to receive this wisdom.

And not too far down the track,

You will give this to another that asks you.

You watch in amazement as your guide opens his chest and takes out his heart.

From his heart,

He takes out a wondrous,

Beautiful golden flame.

Places his heart back into his chest.

And he places his hand on your chest.

All around you is liquid light.

You feel yourself relaxing more and more,

Sinking into the grace of love.

And then your guide places that golden flame into your heart.

You feel your heart beating,

Connecting to the rhythm of the universe that flickers and beats through the golden flame that now lives within you.

A transformation is occurring and you feel intense love for your guide.

For your guide placed their love within your heart.

Allow the flame to grow.

Let it fill you.

Let it become a big fire,

A fire that doesn't burn,

But purifies everything that it touches.

Imagine that fire touching each and every cell within your body.

And you can hear and feel your cells sigh with relief.

As each and every cell loves you back.

And you become one with your body and with every cell.

Allow your fire,

Your love to grow further,

To touch and love every idea,

Belief,

Emotion and feeling in your mind and body.

All of your ideas,

Beliefs,

Emotions and feelings transform into intense and strong love.

And you feel yourself loving yourself completely,

Unconditionally.

Your fire grows larger and larger.

And now you feel this need within you to share that love.

And imagine that you place a piece of your love in every tree.

And the trees are full of grace,

Gratitude and thanks.

And the trees love you back.

And you feel yourself becoming one with the trees.

Imagine now you place a piece of your love in every flower,

In the grass,

The earth,

The wind and all the water.

And you feel them loving you back and you all become one.

Expand your love to flow into every animal.

Every insect,

Every bird,

Every creature on the planet and they respond and they love you back and you all become one.

And you place a piece of your love into every crystal,

Every stone,

Every pebble in and upon the earth.

And they love you back and you become one with the earth.

And you place a piece of your love into water,

Into the oceans,

The rivers,

The brooks,

The lakes,

The rain,

The snow and they love you back and you become one with water.

And imagine your love expands even further to the air,

To the wind,

To the movement in the sky and the clouds and they love you back and you become one with the air.

Look up at the sky and move your consciousness into space and place a piece of your love in every star,

The sun,

The moon,

Every planet and the whole universe and all that is beyond.

And they love you back and you become one with every star,

With the sun,

With the moon and all the planets and the whole universe and all that is beyond.

And place your love now into eternity and feel eternity love you back and you become one with eternity.

And now feel your fire,

Feel that flame and now place a piece of your love into every human and become one with the whole of humanity.

Know that you are at one with all.

Wherever you go,

Whoever you meet,

You will see yourself in their eyes for you are a part of everything because you love,

Because you are love.

Feel the heat now emanating from your flame,

It's like a beautiful warmth flowing through and feel that flame,

Feel that warmth within your heart and see light emanating in different colours from your mind and your heart.

You are now radiant with the glow of love,

Let us give thanks for every experience and for the opportunity to feel more and more,

More and more love and know that we have the freedom to be who we truly are.

And you can feel all of that energy now moving back to you,

Feeling all your love coming back to you,

Filled with the experience,

Filled with the connection,

Filled with a knowingness.

That you are doing exactly what you need to do.

All is well and that your path is unfolding,

It's unfolding in ways that will take you to your dreams.

And as this path unfolds,

Allow the answers to be illuminated as something that you can feel right now,

A feeling that you can take with you into your outer world.

Something that will connect you to the calm and peace,

The certainty that you feel right now.

This is your action,

Action from your highest self,

Inspired action and it is a manifestation of love.

Gently,

Gently begin to bring your awareness back to your breath.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Knowing that you have control over your words,

Your thoughts and your actions.

So as you feel yourself moving more and more into the outside world from your inner world,

Connect to an action that will fill your needs.

Embrace uncertainty in this moment right now and smile because you recognise that you can control your words,

Your thoughts and your actions in every moment.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Bring all your energy back to this moment,

To this place.

Be fully present in the magnificence of you and when you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes and welcome to your new life.
