To be healthy,

You need to have a high rate of vibration in your energy body.

This vibration can be nourished in many ways,

Including what we eat,

Think,

Feel,

Breathe,

And are exposed to.

When we become ill,

The rate of vibration lowers.

As the rate of vibration lowers,

We are more susceptible to other negative energies,

Invaders,

And the cycle of poor health becomes self-perpetuating.

Many factors affect the rate of vibration in our bodies.

Each cell,

Organ,

And system has its own vibration.

Each emotion that we feel creates a separate vibration in our body.

Each thought we have creates a unique vibration.

The mind has the power to raise the vibration of the body.

In this meditation,

We will increase the body's energy field by raising its vibration.

Let's start this meditation by repeating this mantra.

Every cell in my body vibrates with energy and health.

Loving myself heals my life.

I nourish my mind and soul.

My body heals quickly and easily.

Every cell in my body vibrates with energy and health.

I nourish my mind and soul.

My body heals quickly and easily.

Find a comfortable position for this meditation.

Maintain an upright position throughout this practice.

Allow yourself to be present for this practice.

Nowhere to go.

Nowhere to be.

Just embrace this moment.

Let go of all expectations.

Let go of all control of your mind.

Just simply surrender to your breath.

Let's begin by taking in some deep conscious breaths.

Breathing in through the nose.

Breathing out through the nose.

Breathing in through the nose.

Breathing out through the nose.

Breathing in through the nose.

Breathing out through the nose.

Now visualize yourself sitting under a waterfall.

Imagine this waterfall carrying a big wave of relaxing energy.

Feel this relaxing energy coming down through the top of your head.

All the way down through your body and out your feet.

Starting with the top of your head.

Imagine this water gently massaging your body.

Feel all your tensions start to melt away.

Feel all your stress releasing from your body as you exhale.

Feel this water move through your whole body.

Relaxing every body part.

Starting with your head.

Feel your head releasing any tension that may be built up.

Now feel your eyebrows starting to relax.

Feel all the little muscles in your eyes starting to relax.

Your whole face is now feeling very relaxed.

Feel all your tension from your shoulders starting to release.

Feel this water flow down through your spine.

Feel your lower back starting to relax.

Feel this water run through your legs.

Imagine sitting under a waterfall.

A big wave of relaxing energy is running through your body.

Feel the sensation of water flowing through your body.

From your head down your spine to your feet.

Your body is now feeling very relaxed.

Gently let go and surrender to this relaxation.

Allow this water to heal your whole body.

Recharging and rejuvenating every cell in your body.

Let yourself completely relax right now.

Feel the sensation of water flowing through your whole body.

Massaging and soothing every body part.

Every cell in your body.

Feel all your worries,

Fears and stress melt away.

You are now drifting away,

Far away into this moment.

Allow this relaxation to take you deeper and deeper into this moment.

Let this warm energy of relaxation flow through you from the top of your head,

Down through your spine,

Into your belly and through your legs to the tips of your toes.

Let this relaxation relax you and give you the freedom to take and break this control of your own energy.

Your body is now fully relaxed.

Only charge every breath with the essence of love.

Set the intention to send every cell in your body love.

Ignite the healing energy of love in your body.

With each breath,

Feel the pulse of your body getting stronger and stronger.

Feel your vibration increasing with each breath.

Now focus on your breath.

Allow each breath to take you into a deeper state of relaxation.

The more you relax,

The more you release unsettled energy from your body.

Follow your breath for the rest of this practice and allow your body to completely let go and surrender to this relaxation.
