Oh-so-calming and soothing. Tomek’s meditations are a real lifesaver. I especially appreciate how he gently mentions that he’s holding the space for us. This invites a real feeling of safety in my body, which I find very healing as someone with a history of childhood and relational trauma. I can’t recommend all of his meditations enough!

Dr. Tomek’s meditations have been incredibly helpful, especially to drift off to sleep to at the end of high-anxiety days. I have come to trust his expertise and guidance because of how effective I find them to be, so I just had to take this course. I enjoyed it so much that I finished it in 2 days. I can now see that my anxiety is here to protect me, but that it doesn’t need to work as hard anymore. So I can befriend it and my relationship with it will change as I have new experiences that will rewire my brain, like meditating and doing yoga and exposing myself gradually and gently to scenarios that used to be scary and stressful. Now anxiety doesn’t feel as scary as it used to feel because I understand it better. I am very grateful to Dr. Tomek and will go check out if he has other courses.
