This is a great course, I realized that I didn’t finish it when you posted it and I opened it. Anyway it was very helpful to me to learn I didn’t have to actually nap to take a nap since I wasn’t a napper. Since the course I do nap daily now, it’s part of my routine. I also learned to take a nap when needed, my idea of a nap changed after your course, and is one of my favorite self care things I do. Love and Blessings Shelia

Great as always. Amanda is a wonderful guide. I am confused by one thing. In the list it says this is 50 minutes, but it is less than 20. Not a problem, but puzzling.

Wonderful! The best sleep I’ve had in weeks. I don’t even remember getting to the end. Just waking up 4 hours later (which is good progress for me) and fell quickly back to sleep.

I really enjoyed the pace, the wording towards mind and body and vocal quality. My one note- probably more for sound editing than the narrating- the end of some words are inaudible. They’ve been with clipped or under pronounced Enough to that I noticed and needed to ‘actively’ not hear it or let it bother me. After that - power napped quite successfully
