Lektion 1
The Benefits Of Waking Up With Gratitude
Gratitude is a powerful force that shifts our focus from what we lack to what we have.
It enhances our overall happiness, fosters positive relationships, and cultivates a sense of abundance. There's a saying that goes, "Praise It And Raise It". And that is energy that summarises the very heart of this wonderful, miraculous practice. Self help book author Melody Beattie tells us that "Gratitude turns what we have into enough and more. In Day one, we'll learn techniques for to waking up with Gratitude and we will also learn a simple stretching exercise to limber ourselves up and help us be more open to the good things that life has to offer us.
Lektion 2
Finding Our Points of Focus For The Day
Today, we'll once again do our guided stretching exercise. We'll learn another technique from Thought Field Therapy (TFT)/EFT, which will help us begin our day with a bit of positive vigor and energy.
There will be a little discussion on how to find our focus and start the day with confidence.
We'll end today's lesson with a guided EFT Tapping Session to encourage focus, confidence and gratitude. You're invited to journal on your feelings and findings from today's lesson.
Lektion 3
Finding Peace Of Mind to Start & Carry Us Through The Day
Today, feel free to continue with your journal entries, and we invite you to feel free to post any questions which you might have, and we'll try to answer them. We will again start off with our stretching exercise. We'll then discuss what is peace of mind, and what does it mean to us individually. You're invited to make notes on this point in your journal. We then close with a guided affirmation session on peace and focus.
Lektion 4
The Power Of Affirmations
Today - our last day - we'll talk about and work with affirmations. Affirmations are powerful statements that we make to reinforce certain ideas or thoughts in our mind and in our body energy systems.
They're not just pretty words that we say over and over and expect magic to happen.
But I believe that these are words that we say to open ourselves to accept the good that is ours; that we don't have to earn - its ours.
