Feeling Lucky? How To Drop The Hope And Make Your Own Luck

If you've looked at others and envied them their good luck, or just wished things worked out a little better for you more often, then this class this course could be helpful to you. Luck is in most cases not something that drops out of nowhere like a comet streaking across the sky, but is most often the result of preparation, work and an uplifted, positive mental attitude. Louise Hay says "As I change my thoughts, I change my luck." Whilst Dr Norman Vincent Peale taught the general idea that luck comes from a positive mindset. Our thoughts shape our reality and the outcomes that we experience. In preparation for designing this course I had conversations with a variety of people asking them did they consider themselves lucky and why. I'll share with you, in the course, some of their feedback and you can consider if any of it might relate to your point of view on being lucky. As we begin the course you might want to think about how lucky you actually consider yourself to be and why, and then at the end of the course... let's revisit that question. Whilst this course may not guarantee that your luck will change instantly, we will get concrete tools to work with to develop a mindset that nurtures & encourages the state of being that is commonly known as 'lucky'. Each lesson will close with either a round of affirmations, guided tapping or a meditation to help shift our energy to one that is open to greater possibilities and opportunities in our lives.


Meet your Teacher

Stefania is certified as a practitioner/coach of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Meditation, Oracle Card reading and is a Law of Attraction Coach Practitioner & a podcaster. She combines this with a career as a voice actress. She has been eagerly studying the science of positive affirmations, law of attraction and metaphysics for many years. Stefania believes passionately in the power of positive thought and uses the power of words to motivate and find ways to help her clients & audiences explore self-supportive ways to enjoy a more constructive and positive lifestyle. Whilst everyday might not be your best day, Stefania will work with you in this course to help you find the nugget of goodness to raise your energy and thrive, rather than just survive.

Lesson 1

What Is Luck Anyway?

Today we will explore just what is the definition of luck. And, as luck means different things to different people I will reveal to some of the answers which I received from those to whom I spoke with concerning their ideas and feelings about luck. At this first day, you're invited to journal about what luck really means to you. We'll look at this question again on the last day. We'll finish up our first day with a guided positive affirmations session intended to help us open our minds and imagination to the energy of more good luck into our lives.

Lesson 2

The Mentality Of Good Luck

The mentality of good luck. Today we'll investigate the mental side of encouraging more good luck into our lives. As Louise Hay says about the mind the connection between mind and luck... "Luck is not something that happens to me; it is something I create." We'll learn a few techniques for course correcting when our mentality or our minds go slightly off kilter when it comes to attracting opportunities to ourselves. We will end today's lesson with a guided EFT emotional freedom technique tapping session to strengthen our mental energy and to look at a few blocks that might be standing in the way and slowing our progress to a stronger luck mindset.

The Spirituality Of Luck

On penultimate day we'll explore the spiritual aspect of luck. What things can we foster in our spirituality that will bring more positive opportunities to us and what things can we let go of and how can we do it. We invite you again to get out your journal and think about what does luck mean to you, has there been any change in your thoughts. . we'll end the lesson with a guided meditation session.

Lesson 4

Tapping Into Luck

As we end our course today we have a final guided meditation session, that's a bit deeper, to help us embrace our spirituality, refresh our energy, and commit ourselves to being co-creators in encouraging more positive incidences into our life. If you are interested please go a little deeper with your journalling experience & think about if you feel that you have any control over your luck, and do you have any insights on how can you increase the incidences of good experience that move both you and others forward in your life.
