In this course, we will go through & practice the principles of "The Seven-Day Mental Diet" by Emmet Fox. This involves 7 days straight of no sustained indulgence in negative or untoward thinking or action. This Diet is a lot harder than it looks, but it can be done. Our aides for consistency, resilience, and advancement in this quest will be guided daily by EFT ( emotional freedom technique) sessions and affirmations, along with a meditation and a visualisation session. Just like a physical diet, if you slip...you get off the train, regroup & then start again. Once we can consistently maintain these 7 days, we unblock stagnant mental energy and thus can find more freedom of thought, greater self-esteem and an easier time of manifesting the people, things and energy that we desire in our lives in a positive way. Meet your Teacher

Stefania is certified as a practitioner/coach of EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Meditation, Oracle Card reading and is a Law of Attraction Coach Practitioner & a podcaster. She combines this with a career as a voice actress. She has been eagerly studying the science of positive affirmations, law of attraction and metaphysics for many years. Stefania believes passionately in the power of positive thought and uses the power of words to motivate and find ways to help her clients & audiences explore self-supportive ways to enjoy a more constructive and positive lifestyle. Whilst everyday might not be your best day, Stefania will work with you in this course to help you find the nugget of goodness to raise your energy and thrive, rather than just survive. We'll learn to do our best to train our thoughts to attract more energy which can enhance and strengthens our self esteem rather than diminish our personal power.

Lesson 1

What Is The 7 Day Mental Diet?

Today we will learn what exactly the seven day mental diet is, and why it can sound like such an easy challenge, yet at the same time be so challenging. There are plenty of self-created obstacles that can be in the way, but with persistence we can have a good chance of overcoming them. On day one we'll have a guided EFT (tapping) session on developing the persistence to keep going on this seven-day journey and maintain a positive mental state. We will learn three positive affirmations to work with to strengthen our resolve and keep going. Afterwards in your own time you're invited to journal on your insights challenges and progress.

Lesson 2

Preparing Ourselves To Deep Dive In & Go For It

Today we'll discuss the concept of training ourselves to choose the subject of our thinking and our moods. We do have a bit of control. Please know that it might be really hard for the first few days, but it'll get easier. We'll talk about a few tips on when it might not be the best idea to start this diet and how to work around that. Our EFT session today will focus on building the courage and strength to turn away from negative thoughts and face new challenges. We will have the same three positive affirmations as yesterday to strengthen our resolve and keep going.

Lesson 3

Gratitude For The Journey

Today we will focus on fostering gratitude for our journey and the positive changes that we're making. Even if we've had to stop and start over by day three, we can be grateful for the effort, energy and persistence that got us this far. This could be the day that the little gremlins of negative thoughts might try to push their way into your consciousness and convince you that this journey isn't really worth taking. We'll have a look at some of the ways these thought gremlins can manifest themselves. Our EFT session will focus on gratitude for the energy and the means to appreciate the strength and courage within us. We will have our usual three positive affirmations to strengthen our resolve and keep going. Feel free to continue with your journal entries, and we invite you to feel free to post any questions which you might have, and we'll try to answer them.

Lesson 4

Visualisation

Today we will focus on the power of visualization to help us continue our journey on this seven-day mental diet. It's as much an effort of the mind as a physical effort to gain consistent control of our thoughts. We are going to focus on visualizing success in the journey and the feeling of experiencing the benefits of a positive mindset. Our EFT session will continue the process of clearing our minds and focusing on where we want to go and reaching our desired endpoint in the journey. We'll do our reinforcing manifestation affirmations as well. Please continue to journal on your experiences. They will be very helpful with strengthening your resolve, and monitoring, and helping you maintain gratitude for your ongoing progress.

Lesson 5

Developing A Strong Sense Of Self Esteem

Today as part of our resolve to hold fast to the seven-day mental diet, we will focus on having a strong sense of self-esteem. We are very much worth making it through this challenge, and carrying on with our intentions beyond these seven days. We will turn our attention to developing self-esteem and the will to succeed in this mental diet. Our EFT session will follow this same path with a guided tapping routine to help strengthen our self-esteem and perseverance. Remember - it's okay if you have to make multiple starts on the program before you make it this far. We'll finish today's session with our reinforcing positive affirmations.

Lesson 6

Keeping Your Journey Private

Today we focus on the importance of privacy in our seven day program - that is to say - keeping our journal private, and maintaining the privacy of our mental journey, as well as shielding ourselves from discouraging energy from others. Often everyone has an opinion and the opinions of others might not be in our best interest doing this time. Our EFT session will focus on keeping the energy concentrated and self empowered. We will endeavor to keep things private and to ourselves. We will again go through our affirmations of positive reinforcement. Feel free to carry on with your journal experience with regard to the element of privacy or whatever you feel guided to journal on this day

Lesson 7

Acknowledgement And Celebration

Today is the last day of the program and we will take time to acknowledge our persistence and sticking with a seven-day mental diet and celebrating our accomplishment. We will have our last guided EFT session acknowledging our efforts and committing to watching and controlling our thoughts as much as we can - experiencing exercising our newly focused and enhanced thought power. We might not make it perfectly positive every day going forward, but we certainly will have the tools to correct our course and put our minds, mood and hearts in a more positive space. We'll close with our three affirmations which we have continued to work with each and every day of this course.
