Welcome to Opening Your Heart by the Path of Karma Yoga, a three-day journey into the yogic practice of conscious and selfless action. Rooted in the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita and the ancient philosophy of yoga, this course explores how everyday actions can become part of a meaningful spiritual practice. Through dharma talks, reflective questions, guided meditations, and personal stories from my own experiences with Karma Yoga, you’ll be invited to explore how compassion, presence, and mindful service can be woven into modern life in grounded and practical ways. Throughout this course, we’ll move beyond the idea of yoga as only a physical practice and explore Karma Yoga as a living path — one that helps cultivate deeper connection, authenticity, and purpose through the way we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. In this course, you will explore: Day 1 – Opening Your Heart with Loving Kindness Discover the foundations of Karma Yoga and the relationship between selfless action, compassion, and loving-kindness. Through teaching and meditation, you’ll begin cultivating a more open and heart-centered way of relating to yourself and others. Day 2 – Compassion in Action Explore how Karma Yoga comes alive through everyday interactions and conscious action. Drawing inspiration from the Bhagavad Gita, this session reflects on compassion as an active and embodied practice, supported by guided reflection and meditation. Day 3 – Integrating Karma Yoga into Everyday Life Learn how to bring the teachings of Karma Yoga into your relationships, work, creativity, and daily routines. Through personal storytelling, reflective inquiry, and meditation, you’ll explore how small acts of awareness and service can become a sustainable spiritual practice. What you can expect from this journey: -Dharma talks rooted in ancient yogic philosophy and modern-day integration -Guided meditations to support reflection, compassion, and mindful awareness -Practical ways to bring Karma Yoga into everyday life -Opportunities for journaling, self-inquiry, and personal growth -A grounded and heartfelt approach to spiritual practice that honors both inner awareness and compassionate action You’re warmly invited to move through this course at your own pace, allowing the teachings and practices to unfold naturally within your own life and experience. I’m so grateful to share this journey with you. — Nola Bloom
