In a world that often celebrates constant productivity, rest can easily become something we postpone until exhaustion forces us to stop. Yet true rest is far more than simply taking a break. It is a pathway back to balance, clarity, resilience, and a deeper connection with ourselves. In this 3-day course, we'll explore the wisdom of rest through yoga philosophy, nervous system awareness, meditation, and Yoga Nidra. Together, we'll journey through three themes: **Day 1 • Awareness** Explore the hidden cost of constant doing and discover how awareness becomes the first step toward restoration. **Day 2 • The Healing Power of Surrender** Learn how softening unnecessary effort can create space for healing, trust, and deep rest. **Day 3 • Returning to Inner Rhythm** Reconnect with the body's natural rhythms and discover how restoration arises when we return to balance. Each lesson includes a teaching followed by a guided meditation or Yoga Nidra practice designed to help you embody the concepts we explore together. I invite you to share your reflections and questions in the classroom as you move through the course. I'll be there to support you along the way.
