We will carry out simple practices to live in a more conscious way and achieve emotional well-being in our daily lives. We will recognize in ourselves this simplicity that will bring us inner lightness, calm and fullness in our relationship with the world and with others. This course is a direct and practical experience that what you have been looking for all your life IT'S YOU... That calm that you want so much, that fullness, that love, that joy and that internal contentment... It is here, now... and IT'S YOU. We will learn simply to be more present, relaxed, and aware in our daily lives. We will practice and delve into the tools and practices that will allow us to live more conscious, calm, and open. We will learn to become aware of the patterns of the mind that condition our lives. We will begin to be aware of how we can stop feeding those tendencies that don't benefit us to begin to focus our attention on what nourishes and connects us with the present moment and with our well-being. We will integrate simple habits that will make a big difference in our quality of life and the way we relate to others and the world.

Lektion 1
Laying The Foundations Of Our Fullness
In this first lesson, we are going to delve into what will be the pillars of our well-being, we are going to understand the difference between the idea that the mind has about happiness (which is always conditioned to the happening of a circumstance that "will make us happy") and the happiness that comes from recognizing the simple fullness that is already here. The simplicity of recognizing our presence at this moment and resting in it, relating to the world and others from this recognition. This will allow us to begin to savor our life from a more open and conscious perspective, to enjoy it in a more relaxed way and with a great feeling of spaciousness and mental lightness.

Bringing Wellness Into Our Daily Experience
In this lesson, we are going to learn how to experience well-being in our daily lives in a real way. We will learn to create the habit of being present through being aware of our breathing and bodily sensations. We will realize the enormous benefit that allowing us to rest in these two elements brings us, and how from them we can change our vital experience and our quality of life. The constancy in cultivating this habit of relating to what surrounds you from this recognition will bring enormous happiness to your life.

Delving Into Body Consciousness
In this lesson, we will practice a meditation that will allow us to deepen our ability to be aware of the sensations that occur in our body and how to deepen them to achieve relaxation, peace, and inner calm. Deepening and sharpening our capacity for perception teaches us to realize that we can use this tool in any circumstance of our lives to help us better process any emotion or state of mind that we are experiencing. Cultivating Our Inner Space
In this lesson, we are going to become aware of the great importance of cultivating our internal space for our emotional balance and well-being. Just as a cultivated field needs to be tilled, watered, and cared for it to bear fruit, we have to get used to living in our inner space, breathing in it, resting, and delving into it to get used to living from it when we interact with others and the things that happen to us. This will greatly enrich our lives at all levels.

Deepening In The Inner Space Trough Body Awareness
In this lesson, we will continue deepening the practice of being aware of the sensations that occur in our body and how to deepen into them to achieve relaxation, peace, and inner calm. Deepening and sharpening our capacity for perception teaches us to realize that we can use this tool in any circumstance of our lives to help us better process any emotion or state of mind that we are experiencing. Resting In Presence
In this lesson, we will practice a meditation in which we will simply experience our presence and allow ourselves to rest in it. We will live that to recognize this presence we do not need to "do" something, but we have to allow ourselves to "stop doing", let go, give in, rest... to begin to live this simplicity of simply being present, of simply being.

Why Doesn't My Mind Leave Me Alone?
In this lesson, we are going to be aware of the resistances that our mind can raise during the practice and how to relate to them. We will discover that it is useless to try to fight them or try to eliminate them because that will increase their power and make us fight. Mental resistance will cease to have power over us when we stop fighting against it when we stop feeding it with our attention, when we begin to accept it as part of our experience and learning, and when we begin to understand why the mind, when it is not in its true state, creates these kinds of limiting thoughts. This understanding will change the relationship we have with our mind and we will begin to relate to it in a much more open and constructive way.

The Real Nature Of Your Mind Is Peace, Lightness And Simplicity
In this lesson, we are going to experience that the real nature of your mind is openness, peace, lightness, and clarity. We are going to do it with a meditation that will make us experience simply these qualities that often go unnoticed in our daily experience but are always here, in the simplicity and clarity of the present moment.

Attention, Your Most Powerful Tool
In this lesson, we are going to become aware that attention is one of the most important and powerful tools we have. Wherever we focus our attention, that will be the reality that we will be living. Depending on where we focus it, we will live one thing or another, one state of mind or another, and we will enhance one emotion or another. Such is the power of our attention and its ability to make us experience very different states in the same situation. Recognizing the power of your attention will give you the ability to stop feeding the things that do not serve you in your internal world to start promoting those that bring fulfillment, serenity, and clarity to your life.

Showing The Mind The Path Of The Heart
In this lesson, we are going to learn one of the things that will bring more well-being to our lives. Go from “thinking your life” to “feeling your life”. This is a change of focus that will make your way of relating to others and the things that happen to you change completely. you will stop relating to your emotions, your moods, and the situations you live through the judgments and limitations of the mind, to start feeling them, from your presence, being aware of your breathing, of your body, will bring a sensation of immense lightness to your daily experience and will allow you to live in a much more open, conscious and happy way. You, as the master of your mind, can show it a more intelligent way of relating to life.

Deepening In The Practice. From "Doing" To "Not Doing"
Many times when we sit down to meditate, we unconsciously begin to make more effort than we need. We want to “focus”, “do it right”, or “strive to get some relaxation”. What we seek in meditation is to recognize what we are, this inner peace, clarity, and contentment that exists in us naturally. This effortless presence. Recognize means being aware of something that is happening now, to realize something that is already happening inside us but that goes unnoticed. We are not going to create or imagine what we are, we are going to recognize, to become aware of what WE ALREADY ARE. Much Love.

Conscious Pause
In this lesson, we will experience the great value of integrating conscious pauses throughout our day. Simply, these pauses will bring us clarity, help us to unload the mind, and help the body to feel relaxed several times a day. No matter how short they are, a couple of minutes of conscious pause will bring us a great benefit if we practice them several times, being fully present and aware.

Acceptance. Opening To Embrace The "Negative"
An emotion or feeling it's not a problem. The problem arises when we start fighting with them... In this lesson, we are going too deep in the freedom of welcoming. allowing and accepting any feeling. mood or sensation we are experiencing... This will bring great freedom to your life.

Embracing Ourselves In Acceptance
I invite you from my heart to do this very simple exercise. Embrace yourself in acceptance, love, and kindness... There is no special reason, just because you are, because you exist because you are worthy of love... Enjoy the beauty of hugging you unconditionally... Melting in your presence and love...

The Simplicity Of Being
In this lesson, we are going to practice a very simple but profound meditation. We are going to experience the simplicity of just being here, letting go of any intention or goal, and Just enjoying the beauty of being here. We are not going to create or look for something.. Just recognize the presence that is already here.
Lektion 16
The Freedom Of Learning To Trust
In this lesson, we are going to realize the great freedom that letting go of excessive planning in our lives will bring us. This excessive preoccupation with needing to control what is going to happen causes rigidity and lack of flexibility, which will not help us to adapt and flow with the things that happen to us every day. The more we try to control everything, the more it will slip through our fingers, because it is not possible. Trusting is the door to that lightness that will bring us great peace. We will make an internal examination to realize what we are looking for when we have this attitude of control. What are we looking to receive? Do we control to feel secure? Do we try to protect the other from control to show that we love him/her? Do we try to influence the other so that he/she will recognize our merit? We must take an honest look at ourselves and feel that it is time to let go of certain patterns and attitudes in our lives that do not benefit us and that are hindering our day-to-day lives. For this we have to feel clearly what emotion provokes each attitude we have and if we want that emotion to be the predominant one in our life.
